This week you will have the following assignments:

1-Discussion primary post due by midnight on Thursday of at least 400 words.  Using the tool kit in the learning materials, you will describe and discuss how to prioritize the community health assessment analysis.  See the instructions in the discussion assignment.  You are due by Sunday at midnight to post at least 200 words for each reply, replying to two fellow classmates.

2-Professional Development Assignment- Note that every assignment in this course pertains to your chosen community audience and your presentation topic.

You are to complete the project log and it should have at least 10-15 hours on it, and submit it to Project Concert

Be sure to follow the assignment information in the classroom module 2 assignment tab and read all assignment tabs and learning materials in order to complete your written essay.  Note that most assignments in this class utilize the topic of your planned project and you need to correlate the topic that you are going to present with the assignment requirements. DO NOT copy and paste the assignment questions into your paper and do not use them as headings- create your heading according to the topic that will be used from the question.  Note that your paper should have a title page, introduction to tell the reader what you will cover in the paper, the assignments separated by level one headings, the one paragraph conclusion to sum up the entire paper, and the references page.  (No Wikipedia or Wiki sites since they are not considered peer reviewed or scholarly).  You are to cite and list your references in APA format.  Don’t forget your log has to be submitted to project concert!  Here is the link again for the community tool kit that is in the classroom for the module 2 assignment: https://www.healthycommunities.org/resources/toolkit/files/step5-select-priority   **Note that every module assignment in this course will revolve around your audience and/or your topic that you have chosen for your presentation. This assignment is to have statistical analysis so you must report data numbers (statistics and data are NUMBERS) to assess the similarities between data gathered (online computer data) and data generated (data you created from interviewing people, watching people, or driving around in your car to do a windshield survey and see the community people in their area). If you are using the same information from N492 some of those statistics and information could be used, but it is okay if your statistics and topic is different. Don’t forget that you are required to have a set number of references and each reference listed on the references page has to have a citation in text to correspond. For your comparisons, they also can be information comparing, as well as statistical comparing.
