Reply to:Autism spectrum disorder causes hardship when it comes to social interactions, communicating with others, behavior, and learning (Austims spectrum disorder, n.d.). It is a neurodevelopment disorder that may develop in early childhood. The cause of ASD is hereditary/genetics. Gene anomaly seems to be a common factor when a child is diagnosed with ASD. Symptoms can vary from case to case but overall include withdrawl from participation, having difficulty communicating effectively, repetitive behaviors, and expressing emotions when there is a change to a routine. Although there is currently no cure for ASD, therapies and behavioral interventions aid children to gain social and language skills that in return help with their behavior and emotional display. Medicine is use a treatment and not a cure for ASD. Medication helps in preventing seizures and negative behavior.

Instructions: Develop and post an annotated bibliography that identifies sources that will help you to answer your literature search question (LSQ).For this discussion: Put your proposed LSQ in interrogative form at the top of the annotated bibliography. Include a minimum of 10 articles in your annotated bibliography, eight of which should be other than those identified in your Unit 1 discussion post.  To choose these articles, it is likely that you will have to read many more than 10 articles. An annotated bibliography involves culling the articles that do not support your LSQ. Be sure to select articles (published within five years) that reflect current knowledge of the topic. For some topics, the use of articles older than five years is appropriate”include a one-sentence rationale for using an older article if this is the case. For easy reference, be sure to number each entry in the annotated bibliography. Research Articles For each research journal article selected, discuss how it relates to your LSQ: Identify the authors research question. Identify the research problem that the authors hope to resolve. Identify the methods used by the authors to investigate the research question. Identify the results the researchers noted in the discussion of the reported research. Explain why you chose the article and how it will help to answer the LSQ. Identify whether the article is chosen for its usefulness in terms of theory of method, theory of content, or for both content and method. Theoretical Articles For each theoretical journal article selected discuss how it relates to your LSQ: Identify the contentions of the authors the research question, if applicable. Identify the problem under discussion and methods used for developing their claims, premises, and suppositions. Explain why you believe that this article will help to answer the LSQ. Identify whether the article is chosen for its utility in terms of theory of method, theory of content, or for both content and method.

Make sure that these references come from scholarly sources using Argosy’s library resources.A  very detailed outline of what you would like to cover in the intro/lit review of your paper. Write it as an outline and think about what you want each paragraph or section to cover. Paste your references into each section where the information from that article applies to the topic. Below is an example of the outline although the references have not been pasted in yet:Introduction or Statement of the Problem (e.g. Predictors of Depression in Men)Research question (E.g. What factors predict depression in men? For example, age, marital status, family history, stressors). Why is it important/implications  (E.g. xx% of men are depressed; less likely to seek treatment; if we can identify who is at risk, may be able to direct them to treatment sooner)Revised hypothesis based on feedback from the instructorReview of the Literature (the following is an example for above topic):Brief description of depression, symptoms, and any unique symptoms for men (Cite articles from which you will obtain this information). How widespread is it? Stats on depression in general but also stats on depression in men (Cite articles from which you will obtain this information).List factors that put men at risk for depression (Cite articles).Difficulty communicating distress or sadness (Cite articles).Job/work pressures (Cite articles).Demographic characteristics (Cite articles).Relationship between age and depression (Cite articles).Relationship between marital status and depression (Cite articles).A 1-2 page description of the sample you would like to use for your study, that provides the answer to the following questions:What sampling technique would you use?Does the sample generalize to the population? Explain why or why not. What inclusion criteria would be used? What exclusion criteria would be used, if any? What ethical issues might be encountered when collecting your information from this sample?Be sure to also submit all your ten references (the five from last week and the five new ones you added) in an APA-style reference page. Be sure to also include an APA-style title page with your submission. Your paper should be at least 2-3 pages long. LewisDue: Week SevenPoints: 75Case AnalysisJoe, Stacie, and Shannon are all employees within the same organization.  Consider each employee’s characteristics below. Then address the questions following the employee descriptions.Employee 1: Joe enjoys coming to work each day. He finds pleasure in the outcome of his work.  He believes his work helps others.  He seeks out new ways to make his work more effective, and often initiates new work projects.  He likes to stay busy throughout the day. He sometimes has a hard time if there is not enough work to do.  He has no desire to leave the organization and would like to continue to be promoted within the company as he gains experience.Employee 2: Stacie finds, that although she used to like her current position within the company, she now finds it less rewarding. She has been in the same position for a few years, and in the past, enjoyed working on the team she was assigned. Recently, she had the opportunity to work on a special project, but this work was temporary. She found the brainstorming, planning, and development related to the project invigorating and engaging. Once the project was completed, she returned to her prior position. She no longer finds her current position as satisfying as she used to prior to working on the special project. She is considering changing positions within the company, if possible, or seeking out a job in another organization.Employee 3: Shannon comes to work every day on time. She does her job as assigned, works very hard, takes on challenging tasks to improve performance, and ensures that this is noticed by others. She is very clear about the expectations for her position as well as the criteria for evaluation.  During annual evaluations, she hopes her evaluation scores are high enough for her to be eligible for a merit raise. One of her primary goals for this year is to be nominated for the employee of the year award at the company’s annual dinner, which comes with both a preferred parking space and a cash bonus.a)  Select two of the employees above.  For each employee, select one of the theories/models below, and explain why that model/theory applies to the selected employee.  (Use a different model for each employee)- Achievement Motive (3 aspects of achievement-oriented behavior)- Arousal Theory- Drive Reduction Theory- Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation- Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needsb) Consider how emotions might influence the motivation of the employees you selected.  Which emotions might decrease motivation in one of the above employee scenarios?  Which emotions might increase motivation in one of the above employee scenarios? Explain.c) How could an individual or organization use knowledge about the motivation theories and models above to increase motivation within the workplace? Provide at least two examples and discuss which theory supports this as a motivational factor.2-3 pages
