Faculty Support Plan

You are a member of a consulting firm that provides design services for institutions and organizations involved with education or training.  The firm is adding a new type of design service (support systems), and you have been asked to prepare a basic design package for one of the new customers.  The third task in creating the design for a support system is to prepare a faculty and staff support plan tailored to the type of client organization and its learner profile.  The support plan should include a description of the types of support needed (e.g., management, coaching, training) and how it might be provided.  Descriptions of support features and functions should be supported by references to pertinent literature.

Notice that it is a mid-term report. Also notice that there are several evaluation methods employed such as focus group and key informant interviews. I want to make sure you are exposed to other means of gathering data. Review any of the reports on the site https://dec.usaid.gov/dec/home/Default.aspx. Give the link and explain what they are evaluating. Do they accomplish their objective? Are they appropriately tailored to the audience? Do you find anything exceptionally good or bad about them? Would you offer any advice? Finally, If you were doing a survey or observation to collect data for your sample project, are there things you learned from these examples that would be helpful? If so, what would they be?500 word minimum3 citationsLesson attached
