In the map it can be vividly seen that the various places where the remains were discovered. During a virtual field excursion that we went as class in the course of the semester, we visited these places and we interacted with areas’ tour guides who took us through the places and explained to us the various features of the man in the olden days. The many forms of transformation that has occurred in them from the earlier days until the evolution of the current man were also highlighted. The artifact demonstrates my proficiency in the understanding of the multicultural literacy. This is seen in the case where the guide took us round the places and actually never spoke in the common language but rather chose to speak their vernacular. If it were not for the so many languages that we got trained over in the course of the semester, we would have actually come out of the place without any point driven home (Diana 2013). In the excursion, I managed to make predictions and even confirmed my worldwide knowledge of the languages, religious backgrounds, ethnic backgrounds as well as the different ways of life, culture. My knowledge of the regions in the world was another good credit on my side. There was a lot of diversity in the ways of lives that the people lived in the areas that we visited during the excursion. The main aim of the excursion was to boost the students’ knowledge in the different areas of study that had been done in the course of the semester (Catherine 2006). SLO 2 Assessment The artifact presented is on cattle rearing in some parts of the area that we visited during the field excursion. It is important to note that it can be clearly evaluated that the these people in the communities that we interacted with reared exotic cattle breeds instead of the indigenous cattle breeds that were reared in the historical times in these areas. The language that they spoke was their vernacular language and this was again not a major problem because of the multi-language nature that is always attached to the tourism industry (Diana 2013). We therefore managed to be in terms with the people and took note of every point that came out of their mouths for our analysis and proper evaluation in class. It is important to note that linguistics is a very important factor to consider in the tourism classes like for the case of me. The truth of the matter is that you must be well conversant with the languages that you suspect your clients will probably use during your interaction with them. My dear ladies and gentlemen,

Today I am here to give a speech on why beauty is not what it looks like. What I mean is that beauty is merely a quotient. What lies beneath it is essentially something that we need to understand precisely. The problem here is that beauty holds a great amount of significance within the lives of the people, i.e. when we are judging individuals, asking them to accompany us, be with them for a while, or to get married to. What we forget is that this beauty will not last long enough to keep us satisfied. There is when this problems starts to make headlines, and that too for all the wrong reasons.

It is true that beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder but then again beauty is also dependent heavily on the person who is being looked at – as to how he or she presents his or her own self towards the appreciating individual (Author Unknown, 2011). Beauty surely is skin deep as the world has come to this notion after much thought and consideration.

The problem here is how beauty has gained so much significance that it is seen as the most aspired characteristic of the personality that one talks about (Czarniawska, 2011). The problem thus seems to bother the best of us, and even you and me, which is nothing but a quagmire for all and sundry.

Similarly, facial looks and sexiness of the body does not actually count towards what we know as beauty. My dear ladies and gentlemen I need to tell you that beauty is more within than being outside. It is comprised of thinking ideologies than facial cuts and dimples. This is indeed true because beauty within any person is difficult to judge since it is hidden deep down inside.

I believe that beauty could be judged by this person’s actions, behaviors and talks (Holbrook, 2005). He or she could be written off as an ugly person if he or she does not know how to talk to people, how to interact with them and how to be considerate towards their issues.

The solution is that beauty is just present because the beholder believes it so. There would be no beauty if he knows that the face of the body cuts are for a certain period of time, and would vanish away quickly.

Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to suggest that beauty must not be looked inside people with an exterior eye alone. It needs to be based on past events, present understanding of matters and how things would shape up within the future. Beauty comprises of all these tangents to be called as beauty in essence (Anastasia, 2010).

I would like to end my speech by making a point here. Beauty of face and body could vanish with the changing times but it is the inner charisma known as innate value system of which beauty is just a single part that never leaves an individual alone. Beauty is indeed more than skin deep. I would like to thank each one of you present in this august gathering.

How to Stabilize Interest Rates Lowering interest rates will counter consumer’s pessimistic view on the economy, and thus they will purchase goods available locally rather than purchasing imported products. People hold money as a store of value, conduct transactions and precautionary reasons. As interests rates go higher, people are less willing to hold money because it opportunity costs increases, as portrayed by the graph below.

2.To reduce increase in household consumption, I would increase interest’s rates, in a bid to discourage consumption, and encourage savings because rewards for saving will be higher.

3. One of the major policies FED should practice to achieve desirable interest rates at varying economic times is independent policy. They should acknowledge the time inconsistency fact, and set up an independent policy, that which is not controlled by central government. Through this, policy makers should find it in public interest, to keep interests rates low, to keep down consumers and businesses expectations on inflation. This would maintain labor compensations relatively cheap, which would in return maintain favorable prices and increased output in the market.

To ensure success of such policy, government should oversee that the independent policy makes full discretion to the public all relevant information when adjusting monetary policy, which causes adjustments of interests rates.
