In the first transcript, the parent is utterly confused and surprised as to how the turn of events took place. They were suspecting that one of their sons would be Gay, but it turned out that the younger son who was shyer in nature was Gay in nature. This realisation is not an easy one and it takes time to adjust and accommodate to the change which has happened.

This paper is divided into two parts. The first parts deals with the parent’s role in the life of their children, and the second part talks about how they emotionally experience their children’s sexual orientation with respect to Gay and Lesbians. Along with this, emphasis will be laid down on the transcripts as well as other means of research and information.

Parents Influence On Children:

Parents have never shied away from bringing up their children in the manner they want. They take great pride and energy in petting their children, and often have dreams which they relate to their children as and when they grow up in life. It is of extreme concern for the parents with respect to the kind of life their children have been leading. Looking from the societies perspective, it is of no surprise that there have been times when the society was not ready to usher in the new age development of Gay and Lesbians living the same life as straight men and women. Although things have changed as the time has moved on, but certain things always remain unchanged, and one of them is the fact that the parents are not comfortable at all when they figure out that their children has turned to homosexuality in practice. It has not been an easy ride for the parents in general to adopt the beliefs of their children. In the first transcription, however, the parent took the initiative to know her child better since he had now turned Gay, and as it turned out she was able to accommodate herself with the change she saw. She was able to engage with him, it was a life enriching experience for her and the relationship got better after she realised that this is a part of her child’s life. Even though there might be possibilities where they cover up for the tears they shed in the background, there is no denial that this is a serious truth which is hard to swallow for them. Homosexuality has not reached a point where a parent would be fine with their children dealing with it. It is not on the stage where the parent might think that it is a good or a positive thing to happen to their child. It is still marked by scepticism and denial. A parent cannot do anything once he or she comes to know that their child has turned to Gay. Obviously, they cannot ask him or her to change their minds as that would not be possible, and therefore they take things how they are and try to deal with it in the most harmonious manner. Sharing the emotional experience for the parent has been a very trying one. However, in some of the occasions the parent is either not ready or reluctant to give information, which shows just how hard and tough it is for them to deal with the situation at hand.

These acts would most likely result from young adults enchanted by the prohibited. Such acts can be curbed by availing a security personnel during the event.The security personnel will be well equipped to ascertain minimal disruptive, with certainty of no serious effects. For instance, while it may be impossible to prevent unexpected behaviour, the personnel will ensure that such actions will not get out of hand to cause harm or destruction (Royer, 2013).

The prioritization of the risks will lead to certainty in the implementation of the risk management plan. However, proper financing is critical to the success. As such, there will be need to ensure that the $500 budget will meet all the specifics of the party and stand efficiently for the risk management plan.

Write 7 pages thesis on the topic love and life. Back to those days when I was in elementary school, my parents were busy with work, so needed to get used to staying at home all by myself. This was so because it was legal in my home country to leave children alone at home. I still remember the first time my mom needed to leave home for some emergency, and I had to stay at home alone for the first time. After my mom locked the door, I ran to the window and watched my mom leave, with my tears flowing. I felt so afraid and helpless at that time. Even now, I still remember the feeling. I did not understand why my parents were so busy every day that they had no time to accompany me. This bewilderment on my part no doubt created some emotional distance between us. Just like most teenagers, I experienced my rebellious period. I was extremely tired of my parents at that time, and I thought they did not understand me. No matter what they said, it seemed I was always wrong. I liked to shut myself in my room after I got home from school, then I would not show up until next morning when I needed to go back to school for classes.

I did not truly understand my parents until I went to college. Although my resistance towards my parents weakened after the rebellious period, for most of the time, I ignored what my parents told me. I did things following my own thoughts and will. In retrospect, I realize what my parents told me was quite useful for my future life.

Because I had been an independent child from an early age, my parents thought I could take care of myself, and we’re confident to let me go on my own and study abroad to secure a better future for myself. I was accustomed to traveling around on my own, and I was very excited about studying abroad. When my father asked me whether I was fully prepared to study in the United States in all seriousness, I answered “yes” without hesitation. In my mind, there was no difference between studying abroad and studying out of state within my home country. I naively thought I was mature enough to take full charge of my own business without help from anyone. When I really set foot on a foreign land and started a totally different life though, I came face to face with my self-righteousness and naivete.&nbsp. It was then that I began to understand why my parents were very worried about how my life would turn out in a foreign country, without them by my side.
