The difference between two types of communication is that verbal communications incorporated sending or receiving of messages by using words, sound, language and speaking, meaning that it needs to be spoken and heard. whereas, nonverbal communication comprises of receiving or sending of messages via facial expressions, body language and gestures (Communication, 2012). Verbal communication takes two forms i.e. written (letters, memos and emails) and oral (speaking to someone in person or on phone and giving presentations). For instance, when a supervisor is giving presentation to his subordinates, then what he/she says and is written on slides in the presentation is verbal communication. while, the way he/she moves hands, body posture, expressions of face, gestures, body language and etc. are nonverbal communication. If he/she is speaking clearly and confidently, then it means supervisor has good verbal communication skills but if he/she stops in between the presentation or looks tensed and cannot speak properly, then it shows that communication skills are not properly developed.

For making the financial base robust, the government has to use the sources available to them efficiently and should do sector wise development. In the era of globalization, when the economies of the countries connected with each other, the problem in one country can create problem to the whole world. In the year 2007, the economy of the United States has come under trouble. The reason behind the financial depression was that a large number of people got default, as they were unable to pay their housing loans. The bad debt amount of the bank increases at a level that the banks had to declare themselves default. The banks like Lehman Brothers bankrupted. This maiden appearance marked the dominance of the sport in the Olympic Games (Leigh & Yu, 2007). Moreover, interest in the sport has increased significantly. In Europe mostly, the sport has become a famous trend in field and track competitions. Its development has been gradual. Prior to attaining global significance, early modern participation in the sport was a throw from an inclined pedestal and employed an exaggerated style copied from the old representation of the event. In addition, the modern sport is divided into the men and women categories. The two divisions differentiate in the weight and size of the discus used. The disc has a diameter of 8.16 inches. The thickness should be 1.75 inches (Hay& Yu, 1995). The discus is made of wood or a material with similar properties. The outside of the discus is created with metal rims and small brass plated on its sides. The weight of the discus must exceed 2 kg. If need be, organizations are advised to outsource high risk operations. Outsourcing increases the expertise employed in the project and it shares the risk involved in the whole project. The paper will focus on the Woody project and how well it was managed. It will provide an insight into the procurement process in the project. The startup was poorly managed in this project. In appropriately managed startups, organizations usually have effective production processes. After every project the startup usually determines whether or not the project was successful. Managers and owners have the obligation to inspect the results of the outcomes to determine whether or not it is according to the specified plan. In words by Bartlett (2004), managers and owners of organizations provide the first determination on whether or not the project was successful. However, this is usually not an assurance of success. If the production process fails to kick off as expected, the project is viewed as failure. In the case of Woody, the owners of the building did not inspect the manner in which the construction was conducted. After this, the setting off of the production process was very poor. According to Wirick (2011), the success of a project is measured by its ability to comfortably upgrade the production process. In the Woody project this is not evident. To worsen the situation, its normal production process was negatively affected. Looking at Woody two years ago, the production process was much better. The procurement process in the Woody project was also tampered with. This can be translated to supply of goods of low quality. Kerzner (2010) argues that the supply of goods during a project is also a key to its success. In a proper managed project the procurement process is easily monitored and certified. In Woody’s case, the payment made to suppliers was not effectively consulted.
