Create a 5 pages page paper that discusses air commerce act of 1926. Then in 1918, the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA) was form to provide regulation of air commerce, including licensing of pilots and inspection of aircrafts and airfields. The following year this organization drafted a bill for the congress to consider. This bill could lead to creation of a bureau of aeronautics within the department of commerce. Due to lack of adequate budget and the political philosophy of those days, that bill was not enacted. The efforts to have some form of regulation continued with the congress having a bill related to this every year between 1919 and 1926. During these years, several legislation measures were proposed but they failed at some point in the legislation process. One of these legislation measures was the Civil Aeronautical Bill of 1923, which sought to regulate airspace and establish federal licensing standards. This bill failed in the committee stage as a few steps to becoming a law. In the late 1924 and early 1925 two committees, the Marrow Board, and congressional hearings took testimonies on this issue and issued reports endorsing similar recommendations, which would later emerge as the Air Commerce Act of 1926.

Elementary Analysis Question So the series converges Question 2 Supposing that all values of n, this is weaker than the result in a, the full conclusion will follow by complete adaptation of the proof. Assuming the represents the partial figure of and represents the partial summation of , so

From the hypothesis that for all values of n, we know for all values of n

2b)

Supposing that converges, meaning from the definition that as . The sequence of is positive and monotonically rising because for all values of and so the series has a limit by Monotone Convergence Theorem. This shows that the sequence converges.

2c)

Supposing diverges. Because are negative terms, the only way that diverges is when approaches as approaches also. Therefore, the larger sum must also approach as approaches, so the also diverges.

2d)

The series is expected to diverge, this is because the numerator is and the denominator is behaving like, but the inequality is opposite. Therefore, when we give up a portion of the denominator, the desired conclusion becomes

Question 3

3a)

As it has been demonstrated in the first question, the series tends to converge as in

3b)

From the equation it can be shown that for a sufficiently larger value of n.

We could have given a small bound but ¼ is quite sufficient. Therefore,

because the equation is a convergence p-series, it definitely converges by comparison test.

3c

From the equation it can be demonstrated. This normally applies to sufficiently larger values of n, giving it a smaller bound of are a little bit sufficient. Therefore,

The equation is a convergence p-series, thereby converging by comparison test.

Morality or ethics is defined as a set of ideologies that guides people on discerning wrong or right. By looking at this type of definition you cannot find a set of standard that will tell us right or wrong. Ethics seem to sacrifice our happiness all in the name of greater good ,they curtail our heart desires, by offering unreasonable but ideal solutions .There are a couple of approaches that guide setting of ethics, this include natural law, traditions, human law and others ( Cheryl, 25).

Natural law method of determining ethics is guided by the principle of a good life. The ethical principles guided by natural law all pertain to the common good of all. They are the set of principles generally accepted by al. An example of an ethic dictated by natural law and generally accepted is morality. People from all cultures, religion and races agree that everyone should uphold morality in all aspects.

According to Cheryl things that people should not do include, taking someone’s life, blasphemy, lying all these are ethics the humanity should uphold. All these ethics are known by all humanity. it is also given by god and directed towards the greater good of the society. These are some of the vices that the human law terms as natural law. Even with the ethics being set people may choose not to follow them, the consequences’ of such actions will be enacted by human law (Cheryl, 67).

Ethics dictated by natural law instructs the people on the use of our liberty. The ethics under natural law guides the code of conduct we as humans should uphold collectively. It is a form of social configuration that will allow the community to pursue peace, contentment and success (Cheryl, 120).

There are several problems caused by manpower, quality of the product, and time. There is a lack of trained manpower. In Malaysia, many contractors do not have good skills in engineering construction. More ever there is a problem with good management. So as a result mostly constriction projects in Malaysia do not follow the proper timetable. There is a lack of trained manpower in Malaysia so information technology has a great significance in making lives simpler and easier. So the Malaysians industry should use Information technology as a weapon against all these problems. Having good technical skills in construction can produce remarkable results in the output.

At the end in the forms of table, it shows that the out after the implementation of information technology in the domain of construction on Malaysia enhanced rapidly and in the future, the output of these construction projects would be much better as compared to today.

In the 1980s, the relationship between information technology and productivity became a source of debate. The amazing improvements in the underlying capabilities of computers proved that now it is nearly impossible to estimate their effectiveness in order to increase productivity in any field.

Recent research in the field of information technology is indeed more encouraging. There are several researchers who documented the positive effects of information technology in the construction industry as well.

Information technology is a key component that plays an important role in order to minimize cost overrun is the common term that can be seen in the projects of infrastructure and building. It has been estimated that the average cost overrun was 43 percent. nearly 71 percent of projects were over budget, over time, and under the scope. So it is very necessary to involve information technology to handle these affairs.

The problem of contractors and cost overruns in the construction industry is a global phenomenon in the construction industry of Malaysia. After great research on this issue, we can conclude the following reasons and causes of contractors.

In the last few years, Information technology has made a significant growth worldwide. In all parts of the world, technology is playing a great role in daily lives. In the world of today, the main forms of information technology are the internet, which is used in order to access, exchange, and interact with the rest of the world (ENR,1996b).
