write an article on MBA Holder with an Experience in the Field of Credit and Risk Management. It needs to be at least 250 words.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an article on MBA Holder with an Experience in the Field of Credit and Risk Management. It needs to be at least 250 words. My duties involved managing Countries, Banks annual review process and ensure timely completion. In addition, I recommended prioritization by relative risk, ensuring appropriate input from the business and timely implementation of approved limits.

I am adept in supervising countries and banks relations, monitoring limits, exposure, and the excesses on a regular basis.

The field of operation was consistent with working closely with the Financial Institutions Group department to ensure facilitation and accommodation of their trade transactions of LCs, and LGs on a timely basis.

Reviewing and improving the Countries and FI’s portfolio reports before its final submission to top management, committees, and board of directors is a field I have mastered.

I routinely reviewed the bank policies for countries and FI’s approval process end to end, for the reason of ascertaining areas of efficiency enhancement, business responsiveness, and improvement of risk management. On the other hand, I ensured that the country, FI Risk policies, and the procedure was reviewed and updated on a timely basis.

My responsibilities ranged from preparing the risk guidelines by taking into consideration the ratings assigned by the credit rating agencies to the country as part of the policy.

I succinctly updated all the units during sessions when changes/amendments occurred in the credit risk parameters for countries and FIs by ad hoc decisions taken by Senior Management.

I am good at negotiating the principal interbank documentation such as the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA). Moreover, Credit Support Annex, (CSA), and Global Master Repurchase Agreement (GMRA) were the areas I devoted my energy having proved my worth in the previous record of accomplishment.

Over Harriet Jacob’s Account Of The Nat Turner Rebellion

Harriet Jacobs escaped slavery and went on in later years to write her autobiography. Go to the link below for the original text of this piece, “Fear of Insurrection.” When you have finished reading it, use the back button on your browser and then go to the link to “Harriet Jacobs,” where you will find a bit more information about her. Read Harriet Ann Jacobs’s account of life in the South after Nat Turner’s Rebellion at the link below and then answer the questions: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/aia/part3/3h1519.html

1. In comparison to their total numbers, very few slaves escaped to freedom in the North. Which of Jacobs’s early life experiences indicated that she would have the courage to take a chance on trying to escape?

2. What part of society made up the mob that “mustered” in Jacobs’s town? What reason does she give for their participation? What does this case illustrate about white society in the slave South?

Compose a 1250 words assignment on variations in chronobiology.

Compose a 1250 words assignment on variations in chronobiology. Needs to be plagiarism free! Circadian rhythm is approximated to be a 24-hour cycle in the physiology of living organisms. The rhythm can be broken into 3 cycles all based on the 24 hours of the day. First, we have the diurnal cycle which involves organisms that are active only during the day. The nocturnal cycle involves organisms that are active during the nights only. Finally, crepuscular cycle composes of organisms such as bats that are mainly active during dawn and dusk hours. In most cases, the rhythms are endogenously generated although external factors such as sunlight and temperatures are known to contribute. For example in plants, light is the signalling activator for their internal clocks. Its presence activates opening of stomata for photosynthesis to take place. The rhythms are so important in that they determine sleeping and feeding patterns in all animals. Brains waves, hormones production and cell proliferation among other biological processes are linked to this important cycle. Biological clocks are known to control circadian cycles. Biological clocks are interrelated groups of several cellular molecules in the body (NIH 6). A master clock that contains a group of nerve cells in the brain of mammals is called the Suprachiasmatic Nucleus (SCN). It contains over 20,000 nerve cells located in the hypothalamus region that control the circadian rhythms in mammals (NIH 6). Destruction of SCN in mammals results in irregular sleep-wake rhythms. Our research is of experimental design. This experiments main aim is to investigate our daily body rhythms. Pulse rate, eye-hand coordination and adding speeds tests will be carried out. Our hypothesis states that our bodies have a low biological function during normal rest-activity and a high point biological function during a normal active day.

A watch, pen and notebook were the main materials.&nbsp.
