You will prepare and submit a term paper on Self-Esteem and Human Attraction. Your paper should be a minimum of 1250 words in length. Human attraction is a function of several factors that interplay together. Several characteristics and attributes of people determine whether they will be attracted to others on not. Human attraction is a precursor of human interpersonal relationships, especially romantic relationships. Since self-esteem is a characteristic of humans, it is paramount to assess the link between self-esteem and human attraction. Understanding how the two parameters are related to each other and to what extent is the relationship is critical.

Physical attractiveness is associated with many benefits to individuals. Perhaps, one of the significant benefits of attractiveness can be identified through social interactions in everyday lives. In day-to-day social interactions, attractive individuals elicit favorable reactions from other people compared to less attractive persons. The attribution of judging people based on attraction occurs subconsciously in the minds of people suggesting a strong tendency of people to make positive judgments to persons who are more attractive.

Self-esteem is one of the criteria people use to judge others at a subconscious level (Mares, Leeuw, Scholte, & Engels, 2010). The link between human attractions and self-esteem can be understood by assessing the social feedback people receive from their social environments. Whereby, the social feedback from others is largely dependent on the physical attractiveness of that particular person. Studies show that people with greater levels of self-esteem have higher chances of receiving positive feedback (Mares, Leeuw, Scholte, & Engels, 2010).

Self-esteem may play a critical role in interpersonal attraction and subsequent acceptance by others in society. A person’s self-esteem moderates how the person is liked and attracted to other people. People with moderate or high self-esteem are attracted and tend to interact with people of similar levels of self-esteem. Self-esteem largely depends on the level of acceptance and appreciation a person receives from other people in the social environment. Based on the sociometer theory self-esteem marks the degree to which a person may be included or excluded from the social environment. The level of acceptance largely depends on the physical attraction of these people.

Gucci and Prada Strategies. The work is to be 4 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

I will pay for the following article Gucci and Prada Strategies. The work is to be 4 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. Gucci and Prada utilize the model in an effort to increase their market shares while at the same time retaining existing customers. The two companies are rivals in a number of products. Their luxury status deters them from using the cost-leadership approach. In this market price directly represent the quality of a product. There is a need to outshine the competing firms by introducing goods that unique and fits the customer’s requirement. The two firms utilize the approach in an effort to maintain their profit margin while venturing into new markets.

The two rival firms focus on unique products to attract customers. Gucci for instance introduced customized bracelets and handbags to a number of its Asian market. This was a counter move by the firm to emulate Prada who offer the same service across its wider market. The move by Gucci was aimed at attracting more customers from the Asian market to compensate the European market widely dominated by Prada. The unique service to the Asian market is aimed at increasing revenue by widening its market size (Passariello, 2015). The customized products are far much expensive compared to an ordinary good. Thus the luxury firms utilize the price factor to emphasize quality. The two firms attract the high-end market by unique and expensive goods in the market. The firms depend on the loyalty and of customers and new components in the market to promote their goods. This strategic plan allows the firm to directly connect to its clients and offer services based on the customer’s request.

Target Markets

The two firms the high-end market by offering services and goods with unique characteristics. Their ventures across the world target high-income earners and celebrities across the world. This means that they offer a wider range of products to the same market group. The aim of the two firms is to create a loyal client base and satisfies their needs while at the same time increase the company’s revenue collection. Accessories and clothing from the two firms aim to outshine each other across the world (Passariello, 2015).

submit a 1250 words paper on the topic The Art of Memory.

Hi, need to submit a 1250 words paper on the topic The Art of Memory. Matthews established a group of African Americans known as the “Talented Ten” to participate in the U.S Memory Championship. He made his students write essays using a minimum of two remembered quotations while in class. This technique proved to improve the memory ability of African American students at the time. He aimed at improving the living standards of these students through better education techniques. These students were intensively trained on how to memorize all the learned information to the extent of studying how to cram for extra hours. Hence, he introduced the Rote memorization technique where students were expected to cram information and use it during exams. The basis of the technique was to empower the students with the ability to retain information learned using particular memorizing styles.

According to Freire, Matthew argues that education is the simplest method of improving memorization (Page 11). He says. “You make monkeys memorize, whereas education is the ability to retrieve information at will and analyze it.”Matthews provides an informative insight into how students can perform better in exams given that education is a significant factor. He argues that it enables the student to understand information that will be memorized and can be accessed at any time. Matthews believes that through the provision of facts to students, they can add more information to their memory. Once the students learn the information they can easily analyze it.

Tony Buzan is an example of a student who began to read up on ways of improving his memory after understanding that his best friend who always came last in the class had a good memory as compared to him. He started having an interest in college and begun with Reading Greek and Roman reminders that gave him the ability to remember information about previous studies.&nbsp.
