In this assertion, Vinten is trying to associate the act/behavior of whittle behavior with the bee-sting phenomenon. The case depicts an apparent dilemma that is often faced by genuine whistle-blowers in the course of attempting to rectify possible wrongdoings within the organizations in which they work.

Vinten summation has gained much attention among researchers with respect to earlier whistleblowing studies in the 1980s (Dozier & Miceli, 1985). One can agree with the importance of whistleblowing as a medium of preventing and deterring corporate wrongdoing according to Bhal and Dadhich (2011). In the case where this behavior is hardly available in a given organization, the organization is bound to have some adverse cost implications according to Near and Miceli (1995). The actual motivations of the whistleblowing behavior have not been made clear, and the need to establish the motives include other factors other than individual motives (Miceli, Near & Schwenk, 1991). Essentially, organizational factors like the ethical climate of an organization largely explain the reason why employees resort to whistleblowing behavior according to Barnett and Vaicys (2000). An organization’s ethical climate has been defined by Cullen et al. (1993, p.103) as ‘‘…the ethical dimensions of organization culture,’’ which is known to capture the organization’s ethical identity. The ethical climate of a given organization has the ability to influence its employees’ behavior (Barnett & Vaicys, 2000).

Typically, the aspect of whistleblowing is based on the perceived conflict between employees’ rights to free speech and their organization’s duty of loyalty (Lindblom, 2007). This conflict brings about the moral dilemma in the behavior of whistleblowing. The need for political free speech could be justified given that it is central to liberal democracy. On the other hand, loyalty could be motivated to show considerations for employees’ associates.

The country used to admire Japanese and Chinese television programs before the Korean dramas became widespread and captured immense attention among Taiwanese citizens. At that time, Taiwan citizens and the government were not interested in Korean TV programs because the two countries had been in conflicts that drew them further from each other (Chih, & Yang, 2008). However, the historical similarities between the states have motivated them to show interest in each other. the Taiwanese government has started by allowing its citizens to watch soap operas from Korea. These dramas have impacted the consumers of the country in numerous ways that were unimaginable in the past.

Consumers in Taiwan have changed numerous things in how they conduct their lives. for example, the citizens of the country have developed attitudes towards various clothes, they have increased travels to South Korea, and they also prefer Korean dramas, music, and movies over those from other countries such as China and Japan (Chih, & Yang 2, 2008). There is a need to understand how consumer behavior of Taiwanese citizens has changed because of the effect of Korean soap operas. This paper shows that Korean dramas have largely impacted the Taiwanese consumer in terms of behavior, demand, attitudes, tourism, and family and business life.

Literature Review

Sung (2010) argues that Taiwan’s preferences for these products from Korea began in 1999 when a group of rock musicians from Korea performed in the country (29). The group that was popularly known as CLON attracted Taiwanese citizens using their dance moves, voices, and masculinity. The group sold numerous copies of their music album during this performance and later on, other Koreans started selling their products in Taiwan at a cheap price.

The increased popularity of Korean soap operas has induced a large number of consumers to start viewing television. Hsu, Tsai, and Lin (2013) argue that citizens of the country spend more time watching the dramas than they used to do before the arrival of the product in the country.

The Gospel of Matthew is making its claim to the Jews, who are people who believe the idea that there is only one God, the one Who delivered them from the hands of their enemies like the Philistines. Just like David, Jesus is the appointed Messiah who will comfort and bring deliverance to the Israelites from the Roman Empire. Although the battle would not include weapons just as how David did it from the past, Jesus’ way of fighting against the oppression was through his teachings about God’s enduring values and principles, which are supposed to bring the people to their victory.

Absolute power and authority are what John is trying to put in the name of Jesus in his writings. This is to justify his claim that Jesus is God. John is trying to emphasize that one should have a strong doctrine of believing that God’s ultimate characteristics and Jesus’ are one. John is appealing his claim to those believers who strongly placed absolute power and authority in the word of God, as John himself claims that God and His Word are one and the Word is Jesus made flesh and dwelt among us. However, just like Matthew, John’s ultimate purpose of sharing the Gospel is to proclaim that Jesus is to deliver us from our sins for us to receive eternal life. Nowadays, because of the sins, those described in the Bible, many people are unable to experience the joy or the life God wants His people to experience. Just like the Israelites&nbsp.from Egypt who received a promise from God of a ‘land flowing with milk and honey,’ John is trying to emphasize the abundance that Jesus freely gives to those who receive him. Therefore, it is the same promise in principle that John would want to convey to his reader that God is consistently giving to the people, the promise of deliverance and obtaining life to the full. Israelites were oppressed and their ultimate hope of a way out from such oppression is to rely on God’s deliverance.
