Each year, PMI publishes its Pulse of the Profession report.  It always includes fantastic insights into our PJM world.  For this week, we will explore your transition from MS in PJM and your continued role as a life-long learner.  Using the attached 2018 PMI Pulse of the Profession for background and context, what thoughts do you have re: your preparedness to work successfully in disruptive times?  How can you use your learning to support your PM role?  Given the information shared in the report, what opportunities are there for you to continue to learn to be effective as a project manager?

In addition to your primary post, read all posts for insights and at minimum, respond to one other.  In your response, offer suggestions for how what has been learned can be extended as well as options to meet those shared opportunities.

Comparative justice systems | Law homework help

Professor Herbert Packer of Stanford University constructed two crime models, the Crime Control Model and the Due Process Model. He did this to represent what he viewed as two competing systems of values operating within the criminal justice system.

1.Research Professor Packer’s models and explain them. (150 words minimum)

While it has been represented that each Model is on opposite ends of a seesaw (toy), all countries are labeled as being only one or the other Model. In reality they sometimes seem to shift back and forth or blend together at times, however they still are labeled by ONLY one definite Model. Therefore each country we read about is labeled primarily under only one label. With that in mind answer the following;

2.What type of Primary (name one only) Model label are England and the United States said to operate under?

3.What type of Primary Model (name one only) label does France operates under?

4.Which of all the Models do you think is better and why?

List separately and number the answers to the questions (4) individually (by number) to get full credit. DO NOT write in paragraph form. Number each answer numbered individually.

with the film, compose a half-page single-spaced paragraph that :

a) identifies an anttribute or element of film form

b) identifies an aspect of content – a problem or issue at play in the diegesis of the film

c) identifies a warrant(or connection) between a.(form) and b,(content)

That is: one carefully written paragraph. One paragraph = One idea. Organize your thoughts about a film along the lines of one clear claim. Feel free to compare/contrast two or more works, if you prefer. Cite at least one external text (e.g.Bordwell “Film Art: An Introduction”) in the midst of your paragraph.
