Robotic surgery ( we can change it to another medical innovation after discussing )

This essay needs to follow the SPSIE (situation – problem – solution – implications – evaluation). Citations and references ( APA7), all sources should be academic sources ( org – edu) not .com, introduction and conclusion are needed ( no plain arising) – 2 figures should be added at least with providing citations and references. I need someone who knows the SPSIE style – and the implication should be from a medical prospective NOTE: the topic can be discussed, if the writer has another ideas we can take about it but it should be an innovation related to medicine

Topic: Tuskegee Syphilis Experiments

Thread: The Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment was an infamous clinical study conducted between 1932 and 1972 by the U.S. Public Health Service to study the natural progression of untreated syphilis in rural African-American men in Alabama. The study was a collaboration with the Tuskegee Institute, a historically black college in Alabama. Investigators enrolled a total of 600 impoverished sharecroppers from Macon County, Alabama in the study. Of these men, 399 had previously contracted syphilis before the study began, and 201 did not have the disease. The men were given free medical care, meals, and free burial insurance for participating in the study. None of the men infected were ever told they had the disease, nor were any treated with penicillin after the antibiotic became a proven treatment. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the men were told they were being treated for “bad blood,” a local term for various illnesses that include syphilis, anemia, and fatigue. Discuss the following 2 points:

  1. List 5 ethical problems that occurred in the Tuskegee Syphilis Study.

2.       The advantage of randomized experiments is that they allow reliable conclusions without the need to worry about lurking variables. The ethical dilemma is to balance the benefits to the patients in the study (who would like the opportunity to choose among available treatments) with benefits to future patients (who would be served by learning as soon as possible about the effectiveness of the competing treatments). What are your ethical perspectives on the Tuskegee experiments? Provide at least 1 Scripture passage that supports your ethical perspectives on experimental studies

Topic: Patient safety, quality of care, economic interests, critical decision support (CDS) best practices

Question/Prompt: How do patient safety, quality of care, and economic interests contribute to the need to identify critical decision support (CDS) best practices and to quantify effective CDS practices? What is meant when the drive to make CDS more of a science than an art is discussed? How can this drive help in the effort to replicate and disseminate successful CDS systems?

editing our past question

i will BOLD the things that need revision.

Write a program that performs the following:

  1. Create two vectors of Gladiators (see last section of Chapter 7), one for the Red team, and one for the Blue team
  2. Show the number of fighters alive on each team
  3. Present the user with the following menu
    1. Take Turn
      1. Randomly select between red team and blue team. (srand?)
      2. Use the first/next fighter on that team to attack a RANDOM enemy in the enemy team (one fighter at a time, ONE VS ONE)
        1. Any fighters that get get killed should be removed from the team (With a notification)!
        2. Describe what happened each attack, including which team the attacker is part of.
      3. Repeat this process until all fighters have had a chance to attack.
    2. Add Fighters
      1. Add one fighter to both teams
        1. It would be easier to give fighters a name randomly selected from a list (array) of potential names, than to ask the user for two names every time they want to add more fighters
        2. SHOW THE STATS OF BOTH FIGHTERS AS/AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN ADDED.
    3. Exit Program
  4. Return to step 2

make sure to cover every detail because this is my final project.
