I‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍ would like for the abstract to be written immediately, the revision of the chapters I wrote to be within 10 days, and the remaining chapters 30 days to 2 months. My dissertation chair provides constant feedback and I will provide her edits and recommendations as I receive the chapters, send them to her, and send them back to the writer. This is for a PhD dissertation in International Psychology. My focus is on how Germany’s organizations that help Syrian refugees do or do not have biases. There needs to be a multitude of references.
