1- Explain how Weber’s theory may be viewed as a reaction to Marxist tendencies toward “economic determinism” in relation to other areas of society (e.g., ideas, religion)

Among other things , if I understood it right the bill makes it illegal for a person to bring food and water to a person standing in line to vote. Tell me why the bill was passed and signed.
