The best organization to work for would be your own. The most realistic approach would be getting a job that you are qualified for based on your work history, degree, and education. However, that does not always play out the way you want it to. As for what you would lose because of where you chose to work might be the opportunity to advance or be promoted to a different position or you might lose out on pay raises. For example, working for a family owned company which is more likely to be considered a smaller business you might not get a promotion depending on how small the company is or some of the other benefits that might go along with working for that company. Sometimes smaller business do not have the funds to give out pay raises as well. However, you might gain happiness from working with that company instead.

2. Is the Sarbanes-Oxley Act too strict, not strict enough, or just right? Explain.

This course meet the expectations and a little more. The professor was easy to communicate with. What I like best about this course was being able to think outside the box when it came down to ethics in general. Educating myself on business ethics will help me with my future jobs since I move every three years due to my husband’s job. This course was well thought through and organized very well. I don’t suggest an improvement at this time. All the articles were easy to access with detailed directions on where to find them.
