Tasks:
1. Select the application you want to focus on as your project and that includes a set of at least 15 activities with several interdependencies relationships;

3. Perform the CPM computations (show your calculations) and define the critical path and
span time;
4. Draw the time schedule corresponding to your project;
5. Prepare a powerpoint presentation to describe the application and the work carried out;
6. Be ready to present your slides during the last 2 weeks (or as soon as you are ready) of
lectures;
7. Also be ready to introduce a slight modification of your network/calculation as the result

Take into consideration where your athletes are physically, emotionally, athletically, and sport-specific skills when they come to you. How will you work to move underdeveloped athletes up to the same level as the rest of the team? How will you identify under-developed traits within an athlete so that those weaknesses don’t hold the athlete back in the future? How do parents address realistic expectations for their child’s LTAD?
Furthermore, consider where you want them to go when they finish your program. How do you address athletes that may have the skills and talent to move on to the next level and mix them in a cohesive team environment with athletes that may not move on as an athlete? Not every athlete will reach the Train to Win phase. Do you sacrifice short term wins for a more balanced approach to LTAD? We don’t need any “Three Year Letterman.” (Google search “Three Year Letterman” if you don’t get the joke. He is everything that I don’t want you to be.)

Thesis Statement: The essay will be written and structured around the argument on how the historical social experiences of Mexican immigrants have changed over time. A historical perspective will be given to provide background information to enhance the argument given. The experiences that Mexican people go through, differ because of the many factors that come into play (legal vs. illegal entry), and yet, there are similarities (language barrier) when looking at Mexican immigrants and Italian immigrants.

Conclusion: Thesis statement: This essay shall detail how the Mexican immigrants came into the United States. In discussion will be the challenges that they faced during immigration, the ones they faced after settling in, and those that they continue to face at the moment.
Personal view: Understanding that immigration is a heavily politicized topic in American society is essential to the essay. Bringing up the topic in a conversation always turns it into a political debate that, in many instances, creates division along racial lines and political ideologies.
