Because the organization is so large (i.e., 18,741 employees), your department has extracted a random sample of pertinent information from the company. Your task is to analyze the data and prepare a formal report for use in court, as your legal team represents several workers from this organization. Your analysis should depict the task environment at this organization. Describe the current situation and identify inequities, if any. Please remember to look below the surface and beyond the obvious. You can utilize any method we’ve covered to analyze these variables and to search for relationships. The choice is yours. Spend some time thinking about other variables that you think are related to these variables. On this assignment especially, you should spend a lot of time analyzing data – and then pick the most effective analyses and communication devices.
