Farm workers had been in dispute with Sakuma Brothers Berry Farm for the past several years before reaching a contract in June of 2017. While the workers won a settlement in court in 2014, the workers claim Sakuma Brothers did not made good on those promises and continue to violate work contracts. Their demands included: a fair wage, better working conditions, and better living conditions for migrant workers. Sakuma Brothers insisted that their wages are fair and in line or higher than industry standards. Many of the workers organized under a new union called Familias Unidas por la Justicia (FUJ) to increase their collective bargaining power and negotiate the current collective bargaining agreement.Research the negotiations between Familias Unidas por la Justicia (FUJ) farm workers’ union and the Sakuma Brothers Berry Farm. Nursing Recertification (LPN)

Course Description:

The purpose of this course is to provide 60 hours of instruction for licensed nurses to be recertified. All performance skills and written test material will be tested in a challenge format.

Students must pass all written test with a grade of 80% or better.

Course entrance requirements include:
All nurses must show their current license to the course instructor and provide proof of prior licensed nurse recertification within the past 2 years.

These are my questions:

What types of evaluation strategies would be applicable for this type of instructional model?

What type of outcome review method could be used to determine if design goals, and performance based objectives, and learning outcomes have been achieved?

What would be possible future recommendations based on the outcome review and analysis?

I have a question regarding the outcomes. If my performance objectives are the following:

Performance Objectives:
Objective 1
Students will take a quiz at the end of each classroom meeting to measure their productivity . The students are expected to pass each quiz with a minimum of 80% or better.
Objective 2
At the conclusion of the course portion covering performance skills, students will:
(1) Take oral temperature
(2) Perform passive range of motion with patients
(3) Measure blood pressure
(4) Give partial bath
Objective 3
At the end of the course the student is expected to:
Pass a written competency evaluation examination
