In research, gathering data is only half the battle. Analysis – figuring out what the data means – is the other half.
Throughout this course, you’ve been studying different research methods, and considering which method would best suit your research question. In other words, you’ve been thinking about the best way to gather data to answer your research question.
Now it’s time to consider what you would do with all that data you gathered. Different research methods tend to lend themselves to different kinds of data analysis.
Using your research question, how would you propose to analyze your data? Would you use qualitative or quantitative analysis? What correlations, trends, or occurrences would you look for?
Be sure to state your research question in your post!
Don’t forget to cite and reference as needed!
My research question is “Does medical marijuana have a greater reduction in anxiety than traditional medical approaches like SSRI medication?”

Leadership and management are two terms that are used interchangeably but represent different roles that have different functions. Understanding the differences and similarities is essential for social work administrators as they develop leadership strategies within organizations. Understanding the functions associated with leadership and management roles can influence how social workers supervise and work with colleagues in administrative practice. As you prepare for this Discussion, consider how your understanding of leadership and management roles might affect you when you assume a supervisory position.
Post an analysis of the similarities and differences of leadership and management roles as they relate to human services organizations. Include how your understanding of these roles may affect you as you assume a supervisory position.
Support your post with specific references to the resources. Be sure to provide full APA citations for your references.

Social workers use the person-in-environment approach to understand the relation

Social workers use the person-in-environment approach to understand the relationship between individuals and their physical and social environments. This ecological perspective is a framework that is based on concepts associated with systems theory. Systems theory guides social workers when they assess how factors in the environment such as school, work, culture, and social policy impact the individual. Although social workers commonly use the systems approach to focus on the individual, they may apply this approach to human services organizations as well. Human services organizations exist within the context of the social, economic, and political environments, and any type of change in one aspect of the environment will influence the organization’s internal and external functioning.
For this Assignment, consider how administrators of human services organizations may apply systems theory in their work. Also, consider what you have discovered about the roles of leadership and management and how these contribute to an organization’s overall functioning.
Assignment (2 pages in APA format): Explain how systems theory can help administrators understand the relationships between human services organizations and their environments. Provide specific examples of ways administrators might apply systems theory to their work. Finally, explain how leadership and management roles within human services organizations contribute to their overall functioning.

Research is a craft, and all forms of research are exercises of inquiry. Write a short paper (3-5 pages) defining and describing participatory action research. Analyze its components, characteristics and best practices; compare this method with the traditional scientific method. Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of using participatory action research. What are considered its limitations? Are there ways to address or mitigate the limitations? Describe your community service project and how you plan to use participatory action research in order to help you design and finalize your research project and paper. My community research project is what I said below. You are not to do the research question. You are only to speak about it and the steps I would take to do this research question. You are allowed to tweak the research question to sound better.
My research project is; If we mandate parents to have parenting classes before giving birth will there be a decrease in child abuse?
read pages 223-226 from the attachment I added and use it for the paper.
