Among the major threats to normal childhood is child labour. Child labour is the act of using children to perform tasks that should normally be performed by adults. Child labour prevents children from participating in activities such as playing or going to school. It deprives children of the normal physical, mental, and emotional development. Child labour also puts children at risk of many harmful situations. In the past child labour was considered normal in many societies. Even though it has been banned internationally, there are still many cases of child labour in the world. To write an excellent essay on child labour you should consider looking at a sample paper. That way you can write a great outline, introduction, and conclusion for your child labour essay.

Taking over a school as the new principal can sometimes be overwhelming. As an educational leader, you want to observe your first year, make some changes, and see how the staff represents the school community and classroom culture. However, when you have questionable legal issues, you must act accordingly and have a plan of action that will benefit all. Educating the school staff on the legality, ethical, and moral issues but still hold to your Christian values as an educational leader. The components we are dealing with are the establishing clause, the free exercise clause, and the devotional atmosphere; these clauses have appeared to be in place for quite some time in this community.
Although we have a clear violation of the first amendment, the law can be tricky when students initiate prayer on campuses. In my opinion, the principal needs to consider the community that he lives in and, of course, the board policy. If you value your position, you will follow the local school board policy until it becomes a more significant issue; otherwise, your stay in the school district and the community, such as the one I actually live will be short-lived. Every Student Succeeds Act, and The U.S. Department of Education states in section II student-initiated prayer teachers and administrators are prohibited by the first amendment from encouraging and discouraging prayer following the law and school board policy, will provide you with the guidance in this particular situation as a new principle.
As Christian educators, we must hold to our faith and our beliefs. Sometimes, it is not clear when dealing with all the legal matters regarding our school, but we have to lean toward and trust God to guide us to know the difference between what is ethically and morally right for our school. In this time, with the division that we have in the world and our country, and the pandemic running ramped and taking so many lives.  We must stop take a moment to pray, and in Matthew 20:18, New International Version says, “for where two or three gathers in my name, there am I with them.” That in itself is comforting for me to know that God is with me always Mathew 28:20, New International Version, “teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you, and surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” I believe communication with your faculty and being upfront with the faculty is essential; however, this will be a never-ending battle with church and state.

Interview a college admissions counselor.  Ask them to explain their roles and functions in their position.  Ask them to give examples of things that School Counselors do that are (a) helpful in the admissions process for their students and (b) to give examples of things that School Counselors do that impede the admissions process. Critique your interviewee’s responses.  Use form in Assignment section (2-3 pages). i have the answers for the interview questions will explain in chat and attached is the form with questions.

Anthropometric Design Exercise
This assignment is designed to provide an opportunity to apply the concepts you have learned in the Unit I Lesson regarding the inclusion of ergonomics during the design process. Specifically, you will be using anthropometric data to develop design recommendations.
As a recent graduate Safety and Emergency Services program, you have just been hired as a member of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) staff for Aston Martin Lagonda Automotive Manufacturing located in Gaydon, England. Your first work assignment requires you to work with members of the facilities improvement team to develop design recommendations for new office workstations.
Using the ergonomic design guidelines discussed in the unit lesson and the appropriate anthropometric data from Tables 3.2 and 3.4 in the course textbook,
(I will Upload Pages 65-75 and Page 82)
Develop a proposal for the new workstations. Your proposal should be a minimum of two pages in length, not counting the title page and the references page, MUST include a copy of your computations/calculations, and may include graphics to illustrate your design. You are required to use a minimum of two outside sources; one may be the textbook. Your proposal should be written to your management and must include the following two parts:
Part 1:
a brief introduction that identifies the nature of the work assignment;
an overview of the importance of including ergonomics in the design process;
an overview of how anthropometry can be used to address human variability.
Part 2:
Complete the following using the calculation template:
computations for the dimensions of the following:
desk (height only),
chair (must include a range of adjustability for the height, the dimensions for the seat pan, and the armrests), and
computations for any other office equipment that you would like to include in your design proposal (optional);
justification for your design decisions by identifying the user population for which you are designing, why that population was selected, the body dimension(s) selected for each computation, and the percentage of the population for which you are designing and why that percentage was selected.
