System architecture and integration

System architecture and integration
The next important step in the process of systems integration is to evaluate your options. It is always recommended that you compare at least 3 potential options to make the best decision. Based on what you determined as the best evaluation method during this week’s Discussion Board, you will apply this evaluation method to the 3 potential system integration options that you are considering.
Assignment Guidelines
For this week’s assignment, you will be providing detail on 3 potential options for pursuing the system integration project, the evaluation method you will use to compare each, and the overall quality assurance considerations that must be met.
New Content (Week 3)
Enterprise System Integration Analysis
Refine and describe in detail the list of quality assurance considerations that you determined in the Discussion Board to be ranked highest.
Thoroughly describe 3 potential options that you are considering for moving forward with the Systems Integration Project.
Systems Integration Approach Evaluation and Selection
Select and describe in detail the evaluation method that you plan to use to compare and contrast the 3 options.
Design a table or matrix to perform your evaluation comparison. The evaluation criteria should include quality objectives and organizational capabilities and considerations and should use some type of weighted priority scheme for ranking.
Fill in the table, and use ranking criteria to determine which is the best option for you to proceed with for the system integration project.
Summarize by discussing which is the best option based on the results from the previous step.

The Declaration of the Rights of Man

The Declaration of the Rights of Man
“The Declaration of the Rights of Man” sets forth what it calls “the natural, inalienable, and sacred rights of man.” It says (article 3) that these are: “liberty, property, security, and resistance to oppression.” In article 1 it states that “Men are born and remain free and equal in rights.” and that “Social distinctions may be based only on common utility.” In article 6 it says that “All citizens have the right to take part, in person or by their representatives, in its (the law’s) formation,” and in article 17, that “no one may be deprived of property except when public necessity, certified by law, requires it, and that just compensation must be given in advance. Yet when the body that wrote this Declaration came to produce a constitution for France, voting rights and the right to hold office, were restricted according to how much property a citizen owned.
From what you have read of Thomas Hobbes’ Leviathan, and John Locke’s Second Treatise on Government, write an essay on how various parts of the “Declaration of the Rights of Man” were derived from the ideas of Hobbes and Locke.
IMPORTANT
Include in your discussion ideas about “natural rights,” “security,” “utility,” “property,” and “law.” Be sure to distinguish between the ideas of Hobbes and Locke, where they disagreed and agreed, when you discuss their influences.
PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ANY QUOTE CITATIONS or FOOTNOTES!!

The Analysis of Challenge report

The Analysis of Challenge report

Solving visitor and crowd behaviour problems can be seen as a challenge. This assignment encourages students to adopt a systematic and considered approach to solving a “challenge” rather than rushing in and thinking of the first solution which comes to mind.
The learning goals and desired outcomes from this assignment give students the opportunity to use information from the subject in a relevant way and creatively develop 2 (two) solutions in visitor and crowd behaviour management. The task requires both the use of ideas and the integration of the ideas to develop 2 (two) options which can be seen as appropriate for the setting. The task is built around the use of the ABCDEFGOMO mnemonic which offers a structured way of thinking about problems.
Students will have the opportunity to practise a challenge task in an in-class session or through online materials. This exercise will assist students in using the mnemonic.
Students can choose from several problems which will be presented during the course of the subject. Challenge problems will involve illustrated cases supported by text from the subject educators describing incidents and settings of crowding, panic, resource damage at sites and similar topics.
In the assignment, which will be 3,000 words (approximately) in length, students will systematically address a series of points in a report format. These points should be presented as the headings of each section of the report. Each of the following sections should begin on a new page.

The Confidence Interval

The Confidence Interval
In the Topic 1 Assignment, you compared the BMI values from Data Set 1 (in the appendix of the textbook) from a perspective of measuring the center and variation of the data. Chapters 5 and 6 in the textbook allow you to use more sophisticated tools to estimate the parameters of a population.
Refer to Data Set 1 in Appendix B and use the sample data with Excel and/or SAS to accomplish the following:
Construct a 99% confidence interval estimate of the mean body mass index for men.
Construct a 99% confidence interval estimate of the mean body mass index for women.
Compare and interpret the results. It is known that men have a mean weight that is greater than the mean weight for women, and the mean height of men is greater than the mean height of women. Do men also have a mean body mass index that is greater than the mean body mass index of women?
APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.
This assignment uses a grading rubric. Instructors will be using the rubric to grade the assignment; therefore, students should review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the assignment criteria and expectations for successful completion of the assignment.
You are not required to submit this assignment to Turnitin, unless otherwise directed by your instructor. If so directed, refer to the Student Success Center for directions. Only Word documents can be submitted to Turnitin.
