1. What is town extension planning? What did it contribute to the genesis of urban planning?
2. In what ways are the Garden City and the City Beautiful movements alike, and in what ways do they differ? Why do you think commentators so often see them as one?
3. Urban planning in the 1930s, although institutionally and intellectually mature, had had and was still having minimal impact on most cities. Explain this distinction, providing evidence from Toronto (its 1928 plan and related activities).
4. What were the main planning principles of the 1959 plan for the Metropolitan Toronto planning area? Hans Blumenfeld, one of that plan’s creators, had argued in 1948 that cities grow more by accretion than by procreation. What did he mean by this, and is this idea of his apparent in the plan?
5. Identify and explain the main critiques of and challenges to urban planning which were voiced in the 1960s. Do you agree with those critics?
6. Considering all three scales of planning – urban, metropolitan, and regional – in Toronto and region, what have you learned in this course about “the limits of planning as a force shaping urban development”? How much of what we see in and around Toronto is the result of plans and planning?

We must understand that everything in our memories, all negative thoughts, fear,

We must understand that everything in our memories, all negative thoughts, fear, discouragement, resistance, or positive that inspirations, motivations and all these thoughts have been recorded in our subconscious since we were little and someone had to teach us.  , with good and bad, we all learned something.  This is where growth comes in, you have grown up and you can leave everything that no longer serves you behind, fears, discouragement, unfortunate events, do not define anything of who you are, absolutely none of them.  A great piece of advice that lifted me personally, I got rid of anxiety, I raised my self-confidence and I raised everything to high levels that I never thought I would reach, the desire and continuous action helped me.  These are positive affirmations, many positive affirmations, in the morning, before anything, at bedtime, even in sleep, sleeping is the most wonderful way, while you sleep, the subconscious listens and you can put whatever you want in it.  Good luck, wonderful soul !!!  Notice the limitations you have, smile and change them.?☑?

Itutilizes, evidence, logic and reason to show that one idea is more legitimate than another idea. It attempts topersuade a reader to adopt a certain point of view or to take a particular action. The topic should be health care related;however, this can be interpreted on many fronts. It can be based upon a health care law, policy, regulation, guideline, protocol etc. It does not have tonecessarily be a controversial topic, however, there must be some controversy surrounding the argument. To further explain this—you cannotpersuade a topic that is already settled law. Alternatively, you may choose to write an analysis about a specific health care policy or policies in action. This ANALYTICALpapershould break down an issue or idea into its component parts, evaluates the issue or idea, and presents this breakdown and evaluation to the audience. In essence, if you are demonstrating a problem, you must provide a solution. You may find that when you are writing your paper, that it may become a hybrid persuasive/analytical framework, this is fine.
