This essay should be in-depth, incisive, thought-provoking and well researched. Please use MLA style. The essay should be at least 3,000 words and contain a minimum of 10 sources. You are free to select a mix of sources including scholarly publications, university studies, established online newspapers and magazines and media industry trade journals (Variety, Hollywood Reporter.) Incorporate class lectures, discussions and readings when possible. If you are stuck trying to find indie filmmakers you may consider: Alexander Payne, Wes Anderson, Zach Braff, Kevin Smith, Sofia Coppola, Woody Allen, and Noah Baumbach.

After visiting the PMI Certification site, I have found a certification in Program Management Professional is most interesting. Project Management Project (PgMP) allows the project manager to organize multiple projects that work with each other like a soduko puzzle. This certification will be great for me because I am analytical. I love being able to break down an event and see the project play out. I also enjoy the pleasure of being able to reflect on the project that I successfully managed. Lastly but sure not least, another great incentive for having a certification in PgMP is its salary of $113,000 to 150,000.
