Imagine that you are an internationally renowned sculptor. Write a proposal for an installation of a public work of art. Discuss your planned works materials, form, site, and meaning. Use terms, techniques, and concepts that youve learned about in your readings. Discuss the messages that you expect the viewers will derive from your proposed work, and explain how this message is best being communicated through sculpture. You must also submit sketches of your proposed work (nothing elaborate, just enough to give an idea of what is going on).

Remember that the purpose of this assignment is to demonstrate your understanding of the unique qualities of sculpture, in particular how we as humans relate differently to it than to works that are made in two dimensions.
