Hello I attached the Instructions. I am doing the research on my current job which is urgent care. I will add my portion to the project once the base is done. This project will be in power point but I will have to transfer the information once you are finished.

My project is aimed at improving my facility by finding ways to better staff, management involvement and improving burnout..

ways I plan to present is preceptorship program, Docutap training (which is our EMR), and Weekly Huddles. Management involvement and recognition programs.
