Presentation requirements:
Time: 5-7 minutes *You must play your YouTube video during the presentation (the video clip must be at least
:30 long but no longer than 2:00 of the total presentation)
Presentation: You will prepare a slide presentation using either Google Slides or PowerPoint. You must record
you presenting (your voice narrating information) the slides using some kind of screen recording technology.
There are two options that I have provided for you in the assignment module that are free: Screencastify
(Google Chrome) and Screencastomatic. Both of these are free. I am NOT asking you to purchase any kind of
software to complete this assignment
Screencastify is an extension of the Google Chrome browser and it will allow you to present up to 5 minutes. If
you choose this option, you will have to create two videos since the presentation has a 5-7 minute requirement.
Please see the assignment details for posting your presentation.
Screencastomatic will allow you to record up to 10 minutes for free. Make sure that before you begin recording
to drag the screen recorder to the entire size of your screen. Otherwise, a portion of your presentation will be
cut off.
