Perfect! Now that you have an understanding for what UX testing entails, the second thing you need to do is take a look at a sample video(https://app.usertesting.com/v/116e9a73-f328-48a6-82bf-e409aff5ac1b?encrypted_video_handle=uOkhjPtbNaTkahU6j5sU1A#!/notes#%2Fnotes) that was submitted by a former student for this project.
This is what you will be submitting x3.
Did you notice anything interesting?
The user was looking at the home page and wondering if the Children’s Museum has anything for boys to do given the picture was of two little girls.
Their homepage has since changed but what an interesting observation and something that I wouldn’t have thought of….the user’s perception was that the Museum was more focused on girls. Easy fix.
The third thing you need to do is make a copy of this Google document so that you can edit it and later submit it as your official user test draft.
Here are some good examples of User Testing objectives:
1.Can users find information about product availability in stores?
OR
2.Can users find and use the Christmas gifting assistant feature?
OR
3.Can buyers find information about shipping options and delivery times through all steps in the conversion funnel?
Notice how specific and clear they are. You would choose ONE of these objectives per test.
Here are some poor examples:
1. Is the website good?
2. Does the website work?
3. Do people like the website?
4. Is the website easy to find?
5. Is the website’s SEO effective?
Notice how vague these are. Not good choices at all.
NOTE: Please complete the User Testing .com Worksheet

After completing the B2B Sales Training course from in2Communications, you will need to complete the Sales Training Review/Assessment
With any Training Plan, we should review whether or not it increased or enhanced our employee’s skills or competencies.
1) Describe 5 things that you learned about the Sales Process using the B2B Training Course. You can use this opportunity to describe 5 things you liked or didn’t like about the program, but please do not turn this into a complaint-fest. You can only access the modules until August 4th which may help you recall lessons learned (So complete your assignment prior or make some notes as you go…….). Please explain the learning and whether or not the video format enabled your recall and retention of the learning.
2) As a Sales Manager, you would need to evaluate this program before you sign up more of your sales representatives. Please describe (give me some explanation some why to your responses!) how you would evaluate this program, including;
a. Cost; You only paid $50 for this course, but a corporate user might pay $199 per employee. Is that reasonable?
b. Format; is the online format appropriate for this type of training? What were the Pro’s and Con’s of completing the online format? Would you benefit more from a classroom or face-to-face format for this type of course?
c. For who?; is this training good for field sales representatives, inside sales representatives, customer service representatives, etc.?
d. Follow-up; as sales manager, how would you follow-up with employees after this course? How would you ensure they are attempting to implement what they learned?
e. Training Progression; after your reps complete this course, what sort of training course would you recommend next?
f. Effectiveness; was it effective? Did you learn stuff? What might you measure to see if this training has helped your reps?
g. Fun; was it fun? Was it enjoyable? One of the things that helps encourage the acceptance of training courses is if employees liked it……did you like it? What did you like most about it? Would you recommend this course to others?
h. Feedback survey; did you complete the Survey? What other things should the survey have asked you about the Program? What other feedback would you like to give in2Communications about this Program? What suggestions do you have to improve this program?
i. Certificate; did you download the certificate? Is this sort of thing valuable? Why?
j. Do you think this course will strengthen your resume with prospective employers?
k. In one sentence, what did you think of this experience?
Note: This Reflection assignment should be written as a personal reflection assessment. (FIRST-PERSON)
To inform you that at the end of this course, people get a certificate of completion which gives them value in their resume or any similar thing.
