1. discuss aspects of the hierarchy of controls for Nanoparticles.  This is a priority list for when each type of control be considered for implementation. 

2. Address the U.S. federal regulations, such as TSCA (The Toxic Substances Control Act) and FIFRA (The Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act), one of which has the power to regulate nanomaterials.

3. discuss the efforts towards regulation of nanomaterials by the EU.  Their law which addresses chemicals including nanoparticle forms is REACH.  See an article by Kimbrell to learn more about that.

4. With regard to an OSHA standard, Use the attached 1920.95 – Occupational nose expose PDF for framework.
