Please read Case 7: Leader-Member Exchange Theory: Favoritism in the Classroom (pg. 67) based on real-world scenarios in K-12 schools. Each case is designed to highlight a specific leadership theory. You will apply theory from your textbook to the case and prepare responses to specific questions.

The case can be found in Northouse, P.G., & Lee, M. (2019). Leadership Case Studies in Education. 2nd Edition. pages 63-69. Favoritism in the Classroom page. 67.

Please answer questions 1-3 and advanced questions 4-6 found on page 69.
