Examine the impact that Alexander the Great’s conquests had on the Afro-Eurasian world. Don’t just talk about how “great” he was. Sure, it’s in his name, but there’s much more to examine, such as how his military operations shaped cultural interaction and diffusion. Also, analyze the lasting impacts his conquests had on the areas stretching from the Mediterranean eastward to China.

zero tolerance policy

Since this week’s reading topic was HR related,  I felt the ‘Zero Policy’ article was appropriate which is found in the ‘article’ tool.  HR is the department that often develops and finalizes company policies in larger organizations.  The V.P. of HR is part of the strategic management staff of the organization, so policies would need  the approval from the strategic management staff of the organization.  :

Applied Devices implemented a zero-tolerance policy.  You are hired from someone outside the company to review the policy.
