Continuing from where you left off on the progressive case study discussion, expand you’re your process and how you will propose that MacArthur and Associates improves upon their learning, knowledge, and change management procedures. Do not be afraid to utilize the web to see how other companies implement change management procedures into their workplace. You might be surprised by what you find. If you are currently employed, take the time to research your own employer to see how your company uses procedures to make change manageable.
Your paper should be a minimum of 3 pages.
You should follow up the document with a 10 slide minimum presentation that specifies the key points of your proposal as if you were presenting to the client on-site. Be sure to include any details that you feel would be beneficial to selling your plan to the company. Your presentation should have a title and reference slide (not counted in the 7-10 slides), a professional look (i.e. background/theme for character), and proper spelling/grammar throughout. How do people learn in later years and what type of educational activities can be offered to aging individuals? In this assignment, you will write a brief article suitable for use in a fictional online newsletter called Community College Bulletin, exploring the older adult as student. The expected audience for the newsletter is an educated individual who is not necessarily a psychologist.

In your article, explain the major issues related to learning and memory in later years and what strategies can be used to facilitate learning as a person ages. Also, include any positive cognitive skills that an older learner might bring to the classroom or learning situation, and innovative learning experiences that can be used with older individuals.

Where did Pascoe conduct the research for this article?  How does this compare to the schools you attended or the community where you live now?
What does Pascoe mean by the qualification that adolescent masculinity is gendered?  Why is this significant (think about the “Eminem Exception” here)?

What differences does Pascoe observe about fag discourse between African American boys and white boys?
