Write a short essay response to War and Peace of at least 300 words:

Give your critical and personal reaction to the documentary.

Discuss who were some of the Hispanics who served in the war with distinction? What kinds of challenges did they face back home?  Back up your argument with examples. (20%)

This is a scenario-based assignment. In this scenario, you are a consultant that has been hired by your home county’s district attorney’s office. The district attorney is new, having just been elected into office. The district attorney would like a report from you on the pros and cons of charging juvenile offenders in adult court. Your report should also provide a recommendation on whether you support the practice of charging juveniles as adults or refute it.
