Environmental justice

First, I’d like for you to zero in on a working definition for ‘environmental justice’ (what is it?) and then, second, I would like for you to identify a community (similar to that of Singapore [or smaller]) that is committed to designing a space that is (arguably) ‘just’… or committed to creating a just and equitable space so that most (if not all) would flourish. Once you have identified a community (could be an organization, a town, an eco-village, a city, a country, etc), please tell us about it and why you think that it is committed creating a ‘just’ and equitable space and who would stand to benefit in living in such a space.  [Note: please provide a link (if able) to the org., eco-village, town/city, etc. so that we can take a look at what various folks are up to out there in this big wide world.]
