1.    Provide an introduction to the presentation.
2.    Identify one inefficiency and/or failure in a selected clinical setting which can result in quality or safety concerns.  You may choose an issue related to your MSN project, or a separate issue.  Explain the issue and how it influences quality and safety in the selected clinical setting.  Discuss implications of this issue at the point of care and at the organizational level.
3.    Identify one healthcare regulatory guideline, accreditation expectation, or evidence-based standard of practice which provides direction regarding this issue in the selected clinical setting.  Explain the expectations described within the regulatory, accreditation, or evidence-based practice guideline or standard of care.  Identify and describe three variables in the selected clinical setting which can influence compliance with the stated guideline or standard of care.

GETTING TO SCHOOL

Explanatory Directions (Notice! It
doesn’t say essay!”)
English Literature A: Explanatory Directions (Notice! It doesn’t say “essay!”)
Once we get used to doing something.– tying a shoe lace, brushing our teeth, making a sandwich-it becomes so easy that we no longer think about the steps. Doing these tasks becomes automatic. To explain an easy task, however, to someone who has never done it can make the task seem very complicated.

For this assignment, you will create a functional document in which you teach someone how to get to school, starting at the front door of your house and ending at the door of your classroom.
As you prepare, think about the following:

How can i use imagery (language that appeals to the five senses) to make my explanation clearer?
What landmarks can i use?
Is time relevant to my explanation?
How can i organize my information? For example, should one section be getting out of my neighborhood, another be getting to the school site, and the last be about getting to the room?
How will my introduction, thesis, and conclusion be similar and different from those found in a regular essay.

You will not be writing a traditional essay for this assignment. You will not be using MLA format. Do not take that to mean, however, that you need to put less effort into it
. In addition to writing clear instructions, you must also include at least the following text features:
One headline, boldfaced at 20-pt. font, centered
Three sub-headings, boldfaced at 16-pt. font
One bulleted list of at least three items
One illustration (picture or map) with caption (10-point font, italicized)

labor contracts

In this Case Assignment we will look at actual labor contracts to experience the content and detail involved.
Go to the following source:
United States Department of Labor, Office of Labor-Management Standards, Collective Bargaining Agreements. Retrieved from https://www.dol.gov/olms/regs/compliance/cba/index.htm
The emphasis is on how to represent information in table form and to draw your own conclusions from the data presented.
Discuss (in your own words): how UPS Freight & BF Goodrich contract sections on employee grievance handling differ and are the same (paying close attention to the definition of grievance; grievance processing steps, mediation and/or arbitration and other important topics in the clause). Compare and contrast their employee discipline/discharge clauses.
Summarize by bringing in your module readings and/or library research to discuss the impact grievance handling might have on employee relations.
Include at least 3 additional sources to the included to help strengthen discussion.
Half of your paper should be a table or tables, and half a discussion of your conclusions drawn from the tables you present
