One area of controversy in the study of personality tests is how well you can accurately assess personalities of potential team or group members. According to one researcher, Stretch (2016), these tests tell us how we function as well as how others function. Using personality test results, managers can build a team of people with the characteristics they think will work well together. Identify a personality test that you have not taken yet in this course. Take one of the tests and then compare your results with the PsychCentral form of an MBTI test you took in the Module 1 Case Assignment.
What characteristics are measured in the personality tests youve taken in this course?
Next, identify a third personality characteristics test and discuss the differences in its areas of measurement with the new test you took for this discussion assignment.
Also, provide the link to the test from the text or the one you found in case any of your classmates want to use it.

For your second and third posts, compare your results with those of your classmates, and try to find a classmate with opposite traits from yours as well as one with very similar traits

future projection in the developing market size between SA and NZ

Future projections? Citations? For figure 9 in the word doc .
1.    : the above sentence is  my teacher comment for this table  that you made  before so please  make a new line chart to compare the market size between new Zealand and Saudi Arabia with the future projection like from 2019 to 2024 or 2025 and change the below  and above paragraphs if it needed  to explain the line chart. Or add information to address the question .
2.    Also please add the citation with the source for the line charts.

One effective way to communicate bad or negative messages is to use the sandwich method where you first compliment, then provide criticism or the bad news, and then compliment again.

Think of a time when you had to write a negative letter, or when you received onebut not a letter having legal implications, such as terminating employment or threatening disciplinary action. Such a letter should not be discussed in this open forum.
