What determinants (or myths) of Gen Y influence the post-modern leadership team, and which variables need to be considered for an interwoven match with existing leaders of the older generation?
“Constructionist research designs are linked to the relativist and nominalist ontologies. They start from the assumptions that there is no absolute truth, and that the job of the researcher should be to illuminate different truths and to establish how various claims for truth and reality become constructed in everyday life” (Easterby-Smith et al, 2012:48). To find the results to my research question, and discover possible truths about Millennials on the post-modern team, qualitative research methods will be considered including interviews, focus groups, open-ended questionnaires, and direct observation (U of R, 2017). Each of these methods provide an avenue to obtaining a detailed understanding of values, motives, and practices (Easterby-Smith et al, 2012). While qualitative research methods produce intimate detailing from the individuals researched, quantitative methods are found to be valid and reliable; therefore,mixed methodswill be used to formulate my research product and break down my proposed question.
A modality within qualitative research that I will employ to gain further data isin-depth interviewstargeting today’s generational differences. I will be precise in determining which questions will produce relevant, important, and personal data (Easterby-Smith et al, 2012). I will include members of the Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Generation Y. The interview questions will be similar, but will relate to each age group accordingly. They will be tailored to ‘speak the language’ of the interviewee, which will include a series of unplanned follow-up questions to continue conversations that become stagnant due to the interviewee’s potential response or lack of interest in the question (DiCicco-Bloom & Crabtree, 2006).

In your comparison, consider referring to successful private, charter, or public schools in Arizona. 1.What one major organizational subsystem needs to be changed in RSPS? Justify your choice. How does it compare to any of the successful private, charter, or public schools in Arizona?

2.How will the subsystem change affect the two other subsystems within RSPS that you have identified and how will you realign the total system?

3.Identify and explain how you would ensure that the proposed change will satisfy any three stakeholders of RSPS?

4.How should RSPS attract, develop, and maintain the workforce required to bring about your proposed change? 

a.Choose at least one of the following in your discussion about attracting a quality workforce to support the change: human resource planning, recruitment, or selection.
