what do you think about my argument and the sense of the paragraph.

The division is important because it serves to no corruption and abuse of power between a group and individual. According to Love and Garg (2014), the development of federal government and state distribution of power was due to the role of establishing strict sentencing for criminals who committed federal crimes and shows appropriate ruling. In the same time, the division of the branches illustrates less responsibility and accountability to problems or situations such as, drug legislation, financial free trade, or creating policies benefiting the state and the society (Love and Garg, 2014). The federal government does get involved in threatening or critical situations in a state where the crime is a felony or high dangerous circumstances affecting or putting the society in danger (Love and Garg,2014). In other words, the federal government works together with the state law enforcement to find a solution to the problem or to get the suspect a legal punishment (Love and Garg, 2014). Many states had created laws that federal government are not happy, for example Colorado, Washington, Oregon, California, and Nevada in legalizing marijuana for recreational use
