You must decide on one (1) workplace problem existing either at the place you work at or in general across business in New Zealand or your home country. Some examples include:

• Low motivation and job satisfaction at work
Your should specifically address the following:

1. Introduction: Give an introduction to the organisation and to the problem (a brief history of the organisation) and include the workplace problem, the behavioural and development factors involved and present it in the form of a problem statement (covering ideal situation, symptoms, summary, size and scope, consequences and research). （10MARKS）
