Organisational Context

Describe in your own words what is meant by the term organizational context. Then, perform research in  Google Scholar, or a professional or peer-reviewed source and select an example of an organization with which you are familiar, or an organization that you would like to know more about. You can use a business organization, a government division or agency, a non-governmental organization, or a non-profit business as your example.

NOTE: I highly recommend you use a small to medium sized entity that has already been certified to the 14001 standard in your analysis, or you could use the organization that employs you. You will have the option of performing more detailed analyses of this organization as the class progresses. Many states have environmental leadership programs which recognize companies with certified environmental management systems. Utilizing your chosen example, describe each of the following items, as appropriate:

The external environmental conditions that can either affect the organizations purpose, or be affected by its operations;
The external cultural, social, political, legal, regulatory, financial, technological, economic, and competitive circumstances in which the organization operates;
The internal characteristics or conditions of the organization, such as its activities, products and services, strategic direction, culture, and capabilities;
Names and titles of interested parties who are affected by either the organizations decisions or its activities related to its environmental performance; and
The scope of any environmental management system the organization has implemented. If the organization has not implemented an environmental management system, define what you consider would be an appropriate scope for such a system.

Banking Industry

Explain the Working Capital Cycle of a manufacturing firm. Make sure that you define all key terms that you use. Create your own fictitious example from an industry of your own choice to illustrate the concept (in writing and in a graph). Include suitable ratios in your explanations and demonstrate with fictitious but consistent numbers how to measure the performance of a firm with regard to net working capital management.

Through advanced technology, many people have advanced to using the internet to do different activities. Through the internet, most people can also work in networking and connect with people from other places. One of the sites that are mostly used by independent media creators is Facebook. Through Facebook, the media creators can use it to distribute and monetize their work. Even though Facebook was started some years back with advanced technology, people are now using it for business purposes. Billions of people are using Facebook, and they will see different contents posted (Lobato,&Tang, 2014). Another site is Twitter; it is also mostly used by independent media to create in distributing their work. This site also has many people viewing it daily, and they will be able to respond t to good content posted by the media creator. The media creator will also be able to monitor their work at any place and view all responses of people

Traditional media distributing channels are described as those advertising channels that have been used for decades, and most people, mostly in business, have used it. The traditional media distributing channels have been described as very useful,  to complement the new media channels. (Xu, Forman,Kim, & Van Ittersum,2014).The traditional media distributing channels include direct mail advertisements, television advertisements, print advertising, door to door sales, and billboards. In most cases, its seen tradition gives consent of the new media channels like social media, content making, email marketing. As a result, most people turn to the new media channels as they are seen to be fast and effective.

In today’s generation, everybody uses the new media to carry out different activities, including their business. The estimated number is approximately 2.64 billion active users, which is rising on a daily bases. There are various methods that one can use the new media distribution channel in monetization. They include video marketing, which a person can use it to make a profit, which is done through the influencer promotion, and affiliate marketing. When one has better video content, many people will be viewed, which will benefit an individual.   Another method is creating an online course that will be of benefit to the followers. Most people will want to see something that is of use, mostly done on the new media distributing channels.

The new media distribution success is measured by applying different merits like sentiment, engagement, sharing, discussion, conversion volume, and traffic is driven. To plan on the new media distribution, a person needs to set different goals that will benefit people like loyalty, awareness, picking up leads, and the positive sentiment. Furthermore, in any new media distribution, an individual will want to know the investment’s worth and the time needed. In planning, one needs to choose the best merits relevant to the specific goals (Gardner, &Lehnert, 2016). Furthermore, for the financial purpose is making more money, which is more than the new media distributing channeled’s expenses, some are effective compared to the other. Social media is one of the most effective and used as it involves sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, among others. Compared to email marketing or content writing, social media is the leading channel, mostly monitoring services and products.
