Reaction Paper Format
Introduction
The purpose of responding to a reaction statement is to enhance critical thinking skills. Your objective in writing a response to the designated statement is to “…define an issue clearly and to formulate and clarify your position on that issue by reacting to a controversial statement” ( Johnson, Rettig, Scott, and Garrison, 2002, p. 127). In this exercise, there are four essential elements to be completed:
Define the issue announced in the statement;
Clearly state your position with regard to the statement;
Defend your position; and
Conclude your reaction.
Details
Defining the Issue – As you examine the statement, what is the most critical element presented? In this case, is it equality of sentencing? Is it the gender of those being sentenced? Does it imply that women and men commit different types of crimes? Is it the scarcity of prison space that is the controlling condition? As you define the issue(s) in the statement, provide some clarity for yourself that allows you to establish a clear position.
Clearly State your Position on the Issue – There should be no doubt where you stand on the issue. Perhaps you believe that “Scarce prison space is too valuable to expend on women prisoners convicted of only property crimes.” Or, you might believe “It is equal justice under the law that makes the U.S. criminal justice system work. Women offenders deserve equality of sentencing under all circumstances!” Your position should be capable of being stated in a short paragraph that includes a clear statement of your position such as those found above.
Defend your Position – Here is where the “rubber hits the road.” The traction and credibility of your position rest in large measure on how well you support your stance. To best support your position:
Identify the most important arguments needed to support your position and state them clearly (if you are using another source, make sure you are citing it properly in your response so that it may be verified);
Facts, facts, facts win the day, so use plenty of facts and information to support your stand; and
Be logical, accurate, and clear in the presentation of your facts.
4.  Conclude Concisely –  This exercise will conclude with one and no more than two paragraphs that will summarize your argument and position. It should be persuasive, clearly written, and concise.

In this activity, you will be reflecting upon your observation and analyzing it.

In this activity, you will be reflecting upon your observation and analyzing it. You will be doing one of the steps in scientific experimentation-one in which you objectively analyze your data and attempt to find patterns in the observations.
You will need to look at the observations you have made, and try and draw conclusions for what you have observed. Answer the following questions using a minimum word count of at least 500 words total. Email your Professor if you have any questions.
Did the species stay or leave the area in your time frame?
If the species left, did it return? Why do you think it did this?
Was the species alone or in a group?
Did you see any patterns in how they grouped together?
Can you tell if they were a mixed group (males and females, adults and juveniles) or homogeneous?
What was the behavior of the species: sleeping, eating, playing, etc.
Where there any juveniles or babies around? If so, what was the behavior of the organism?
Once you find a pattern, discuss what you believe is the explanation, and support it with at least two sources of support.  Note: this is not your opinion on their behavior, but the scientifically supported research discussing the species’ behavior as documented by others.
Use APA style for your citations.

if you are like me, you will fall in love with viktor frankl: the father of the best and brightest of an offshoot of existentialistic therapy that he named logo therapy. the word logo refers to the word label; in this case a reason– a logo that summarizes the purpose for their existence and the reason they were put on earth.
His history is very interesting; he was a prisoner in the concentration camps during the horrors of II world wars, and developed his theory during his stay there. It is the best of existentialistic theory and it is my pleasure to teach/introduce you to it.
I want you to know that when times were tough for me personally, reading Viktor Frankls man search for meaning, in which he explains and applies his logo therapy, helped me overcome and move on to where I am today.
please follow the attached guidelines (from chapter 1) for your evaluation of his theory for this project.

Chapter 10 Assurance of Learning Exercise #3(Pg number 681 in the pdf)
Review Facebook’s Careers page (www.Facebook.com/careers/). The
page emphasizes Facebook’s core values and explains how potential
employees could fit that mold. Bold and decisive thinking and a
commitment to transparency and social connectivity drive the page and the
company as a whole. Then research Facebook’s internal management
training programs, called “employee boot camps,” using a search engine
like Google or Bing. How do these programs integrate the traits and stated
goals on the Careers page into specific and tangible construction of
employee capabilities? Boot camps are open to all Facebook employees, not
just engineers. How does this internal training prepare Facebook employees
of all types to “move fast and break things”?
