Choose one of the 6 themes that we did this term (Metaphysics, Epistemology, Ethics, Political Philosophy, Deity, or Human nature), and write a short essay (250 word minimum) reflecting on that theme in the history of philosophy.

Discuss at least four (4) thinkers over the history of philosophy, and what their ideas were on that theme. At least 2 thinkers must be after Aristotle. You can also include such things as Which thinker(s) did you think had the best ideas on that theme?, What did you find interesting?, What did you learn that you will remember or use elsewhere in life?

Question 1. What would you would like us to know about you, your family, school or work life, and/or hobbies and interests?
My answer. Make it longer, please 
that’s  what I want to put one my introduction paper ; 1 ” I like to get all my tasks done before I leave work as a healthcare secretary.
2” I have two boys one of them going to 12th grade , and I‘m really focused on their education
3) I like to travel outside the United State specially du the Summer. 
4) I pray God a lot and I like to what action movies.

Using your learning from this week, choose two companies that you feel could use Kirkpatrick’s Taxonomy. In your paper, justify why you feel Kirkpatrick’s Taxonomy would be essential for each organization. In addition, support the need for aligning evaluations with the values and the strategies of these organizations. Your work should also design a plan for implementing Kirkpatrick’s Taxonomy into each organization.
The requirements below must be met for your paper to be accepted and graded:
·  Write at least 4 pages using Microsoft Word in APA style.
·  Use font size 12 and 1” margins.
·  Include cover page and reference page.
·  Use at least three references from outside the course material, one reference must be from EBSCOhost. Text book, lectures, and other materials in the course may be used, but are not counted toward the three reference requirement.
·  Cite all reference material (data, dates, graphs, quotes, paraphrased words, values, etc.) in the paper and list on a reference page in APA style.
·        References must come from sources such as, scholarly journals found in EBSCOhost, CNN, online newspapers such as, The Wall Street Journal, government websites, etc. Sources such as, Wikis, Yahoo Answers, eHow, blogs, etc. are not acceptable for academic writing.
