Egyptian Pyramids

How were the pyramids built? Although it is clear that the Egyptian pyramids
were manmade, not everyone agrees (anyone seen Ancient Aliens?). How would you
convince a skeptic otherwise, with an evidence-based approach? Don’t focus only on how
the stone blocks were lifted into place build a broader argument based on how the
Egyptians utilised natural resources, manpower and engineering knowledge. Include one or
two sentences stating why you think it is important to counteract pseudoscience.

I also already wrote an annotated bibliography on this topic. I have 4 sources there and I will need 6 more.

Urban issues: Poverty and Affluence

Further instructions is in the first document labeled “Guide”. After reading the two Wikipedia entries, consider the role of intersectionality as influential in one’s PERCEPTION OF AND EXPERIENCE IN THE CITY. Specifically consider the social categories of race, class and gender. Select (create)  any two individuals that differ in one or more of these categories (and other categories such as religion, sexual orientation, able-bodiedness, gender identity, education, citizenship status, etc.) and describe how they might experience the city differently from or similar two one another.

For example how would a wealthy, white, protestant, straight ,male  experience the city differently from a working class, middle eastern, muslim, lesbian female? (here  the comparisons are: 1. class, 2. race, 3.religion, 4. sexual orientation, and 5. gender)

Or, for example, what type of environmental and social situations would a wealthy, black, atheist  female  athlete encounter in urban spaces as compared to a middle class, white, catholic, male  amputee)? (here  the comparisons are : 1. class, 2. race, 3.religion, 4. gender, and 5.able-bodiedness)

THE ABOVE EXAMPLES ARE FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY! You can create ANY two identities to compare and they may share one or more social identities (i.e. they do not have to be as different as the provided examples). You should choose 5 identity categories (including race, class and gender) to compare(like the examples), looking across each of them to discuss how they contribute to different (or similar) social urban experiences (including social, economic, political, environmental .etc experiences). These experiences should include discrimination and/or privilege. Cite at least 4 references from any of the readings uploaded that support your analysis. Be sure that you clearly identify the five (5) identity categories that you are choosing and that they match across the two individuals that you create for analysis.

what makes humans, human focusing on bipedalism and tool use

Finish a short paper on what makes humans, human. I focused on two things, bipedalism and tool use. It has to be about 800 words, double spaced. I have included pieces from the textbook as that was the only source we were really supposed to use. Inclusion of on the sites mentioned would be great. The citation are very casual for example (Images of the past, #) I have included what I have written so far. Thank you
