   In this week’s assignment you work through the planning and implementation stages of the project. This will require you to determine goals, resources needed, and consider change management.Each of the following criteria must be discussed:

   *Define an improvement goal and explain how you would measure the change.*Create a project plan by discussing the following:

   • Resourcesneeded
   • Supplies and equipment
   • People
   • Timeframe for implementation, and why it is appropriate for this project
   • Data collection mechanismsthat will be used and why they were chosen
   • Change and leadership theories that will be used to ensure success

   Format your assignment as one of the following:

   • 700-word APA-formatted paper.
   • The paper must be formatted using APA-compliant headings for each required topic of the assignment being addressed.
   • 8- to 10-slide presentation
   • Please note – Presentations must include speaker’s notes with a minimum of 75 words per slide and must include reference citations. Title and Reference Slides must be included, and do not count toward the required slide count.
   • 15- to 20-minute oral presentation
