Your questions should help you provide a comprehensive review of the agency and how it operates. Questions may include:

—why was it started?

—what are the challenges, celebrations, and critical perspectives experienced by the agency?

—who does the agency serve (gender, race/ethnicity, social class, ability, age, sexual orientation,

employment status, housing status, etc. Please be curious)

—who are frequently using the services?

—what are the top three or five issues that bring people to their doors?

—How do they work with the criminal justice system?

—what have you learned from this project?

—what do you think people should know about the service?

—how successful is the agency in meeting the needs of the victims?

—what do they celebrate, and what are the challenges they are working on?

—how do they stay motivated?

—how does one get a job in an agency like this?
