Research motivation for long-term changes using your textbook and the Argosy University online library resources and address the following:Create a hypothetical situation where you have been asked to assist a client with making long-term lifestyle changes. 

With respect to this situation, respond to the following:   Explain the change that will be the focus of your consultation.Identify and discuss the internal and external factors that may be reinforcing the current behavior of the client.Explain the internal and external motivational factors that may contribute to the client making positive changes. Identify and discuss the specific strategies that you would use to help promote a lifestyle change.
