Dedicated or Non-Dedicated Resources

You are now deciding on resources for a project team. You have a choice to staff a team of resources who will be dedicated (or allocated) 100% to the project, or staff a team of resources who will be dedicated (or allocated) three days each week to your project. Using information from the readings, explain how you can use either set of resources.

Community Organization Research Project

Consider a church ministry that you participate in or are familiar with, or a non-profit organization in which you volunteer(ed) or work(ed), or in which you have knowledge.

What is the ministry’s or organization’s purpose?
What is your role in it?
How does the ministry or organization serve the surrounding community?
How does the ministry or organization reach citizens, and how many of them (what is its scope)?
Where can it grow or improve (in what areas)?
In a three to five page report with consistent APA or MLA format, consider the questions above and discuss the overall value of the ministry or organization. Please include at least three cited sources, preferably (but optional) with at least one being an email or phone interview with an official or important participant in the charitable endeavor.

Physical Simulation

The Scene/Level should include the created physics object (PO).
The PO should be able to interact with at least five (5) other objects, without any user input.
The PO should include interactions via:
Collisions
Physics volumes (or triggers)
Trace / Raycast
The PO should react to external physical forces as a rigid body, including the following:
An explosion
Push to impulse
Twist
The scene should be developed solely on a game engine or API / SDK but is not allowed to use any math or physics library, e.g. Rigidbody of Unity Engine. You are allowed to use mathematical functions not mentioned in lessons, e.g. root or trigonometrical functions (sine, cosine, tangent).
The game should include a design document explaining the number of physics objects in our scene, the properties that make them unique, as well as a brief explanation of the physical simulation that will be executed on beginning the game, that should be no more than 1-2 pages long.
The submission should include the project files as well as an executable (.exe) and should be submitted in a compressed file (preferably .zip format)
