I am going to upload an excel spreadsheet that I am working on. The whole point of this project is to do nestedifs, lookups , sumifs , sumaverages. The professor gave me feedback and said that its looking good. The only thing its missing is some data charts and the sumifs, averageifs, nestedifs, date/time functions stuff like that .  The website where I got the information is  https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5536318/
I cant figure this out . I did a vlookup but its needing more .  For the most part its done, I just need those data charts and excel functions.
i.    An IF() function with An AND() or OR() function
ii.    Date/Text functions
iii.    A VLOOKUP() or HLOOKUP()function
iv.    A COUNTIFS(), SUMIFS(), AVERAGEIFS() type function

Species Extinction from Human Destruction

Argument  research paper for writing 121 .  Need 3 sources and 1 for argument 
My thesis :is: 
  Human Destruction in the fourth coming years including pollution, will soon be the driving factor leading species to extinction.

I need a question  as this is a thesis,  argumentive  research paper. 

  I also  I believe that humans (we) are the cause of the animal extinction

Develop an analysis of the Business Model of SEPHORA (BirchBox MAJOR COMPETITOR).
While doing this analysis, answer the following questions:
– What was the opportunity for disruption the firm spotted, and was it obvious that it was there?
