Use 6 to 8 sentences

A team is a small group of people with complimentary skills who are committed to a common purpose, performance goals, and approach for which they hold themselves mutually accountable. Team dynamics has to occur to achieve organizational goals.

In order to create team dynamics, you spent your entire budget for the year on creating open workspaces so employees can collaborate freely on projects regardless if they are assigned directly to the team. You noticed Jim is constantly wearing his headphones while at work and not interacting with the group nor are any members reaching out to him to be a part of their collaborating projects. You come in to work today and the individual offices are being occupied by individual members working alone with the door closed.

Watch the video titled “Mark Zuckerberg on Team Dynamics” located at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fjvuq6mf28g then answer the following question.

As a manager what are the specific steps you will take to convey to your team collaboration is important? How will you get people back to working in the open workspaces?

While at the apartment complex, one of them breaks into an apartment, assaulting the resident and stealing a wallet.
An entrepreneur decides to open up his own car-for-hire business and creates an app allowing anyone to connect with people who need a ride. The passengers pay the entrepreneur, who in turn pays a percentage to the driver. Other than the app, the entrepreneur has no involvement between the driver and the passenger. One night, a driver who is intoxicated picks up a passenger and then gets into an accident, resulting in the passenger being severely injured.

Businesses commonly use celebrities to endorse their products, meaning they feature a celebrity in the commercial holding the product, using the product, or talking about the product.

Businesses commonly use celebrities to endorse their products, meaning they feature a celebrity in the commercial holding the product, using the product, or talking about the product. Other times businesses have the celebrities wear, use, or talk about their products in their everyday lives, in interview, and when they are out in public. So, with this concept in mind:

Out of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Jimmy Falon, Cardi B, or Kelly Clarkson, who would you use to endorse Diet Pepsi in attempts to reach the teen population between 12-19? Why have you decided upon this celebrity? How does this celebrity align to the new target market?
Now, which media channels would you use to reach the particular target market with this your selected celebrity endorser? How would you get your celebrity to actually endorse the product, based upon the discussion board introduction?
