Using Successful Project Management Skills

This activity will provide you with an opportunity to engage in discussion on a project management topic that was covered in this module. The class interaction will foster a learning environment in which you will learn from each others experiences and opinions. In addition to that, you will practice using the project management jargon and expressing your opinions in a professional manner.
In this module, you have looked at many elements that affect the success of a project. Ensuring that projects comply with the existing mission and values of a company and that the appropriate strategy is used in determining what projects should be pursued are a couple of these techniques. To help you refine your plan to help the management at UPI better align projects with corporate values and structure, and to limit the projects assigned to employees, you enlist your peer network from your masters program at Excelsior College. Through a series of questions, you and your peers will address key issues and offer insights and suggestions for solving the problems at UPI.
Consider the challenge of managing people and projects and respond to the following:
Give two examples of organizational changes that you think should be implemented at UPI through project management. What is it about your two suggestions that can most benefit UPI?
Suggest how you should go about gaining the trust of employees on your team and learning about management and the corporate culture. Is it ethical to use employees for information to help you implement your plan, which could be termed a personal agenda? Why or why not?
Identify at least two other students suggestions and identify whether the suggestions would work in conjunction with your plan to correct the issues at UPI. Why or why not?
Identify at least one quality resource that will help as you pursue your goal of assisting the management of UPI gain control of the corporate project portfolio. Share the resource with the class and identify, specifically, why your suggested resource is of benefit.
Note: Resources are first-come, first-served, meaning once a resource is suggested, it cannot be used by another student. There is a benefit to posting early.

Develop a website which includes the following:
1.) Utilizes bootstrap and a css file which contains any additional rules, or changes to, bootstrap components that implements at least:
a background image
a grid layout with multiple columns
font colors and effects
2.) Content (image or otherwise) in a box with shadow effects and a footnote
3.) Page layout should include at least two columns, one of which is fixed, across all pages, creating a side-bar effect that persists across the whole site.
4.) One page on the site should contain an un-ordered or ordered list of items
5.) Your site should contain at least 3 html pages with a proper hierarchy (pages are all connected by links in a non-linear pattern).
6.) One email, phone, or address in the content should be inside the corresponding anchor tag
7.) Comments on your index page that describe who last edited the file and when.
To submit, create a zip file of the folder with all of your files, images, and other materials, and upload it to the dropbox.

My choice of topic for the website would be a Donation Website but if you have any other examples you would prefer to do, please let me know.
