From the following list of rebel groups who hold either subnational, transnational, or international territories, select one conflict, briefly explain the nature of the conflict, and evaluate how many qualities the rebels have towards achieving nation-statehood and what barriers remain. The list: Al-Qaeda, Donetsk People’s Republic, FARC, Houthis, Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, Kachin Independence Army, Lugansk People’s Republic, Mai-Mai, National Movement for the Liberation of Azawad, Rojava, SPLM-IO, Sudan Revolutionary Front, Syrian Opposition, Taliban, Unted Wa State Army, Slka, and the Zapatistas.

Answer the following for the syrian opposition group describe the different levels that can be evaluated. Who are the individuals? Who composes or sympathizes with the group? Who opposes the group? In what states do they operate? How are they effective or ineffective at the state level? At the system level?

Assignment Requirements

This assignment builds upon the role-play conducted in the Roles section of this lesson, and upon the examine FERPA, CIPA, and COPPA discussion. In the role-play, you were the systems administrator for a for-profit educational institution. The institutions library provides Internet access, in particular, to students and their kids (while the parents are attending classes). Your task, as the system administrator, is to create a specific checklist for the educational institution to ensure implementation of the following laws:

    FERPA
    CIPA
    COPPA

Before you start, complete:

Support your checklist with a summary of your findings. This summary will be provided to the board of directors. The summary should include:

Compliance details for each of the laws mentioned
Analysis of the need and structure of an ongoing monitoring and auditing policy in order to ensure compliance

CDC’s wealth and international access/or effectiveness

Use The Center for Disease Control and a ‘possibly’ a post-structalism theory.
